    Enjoyable but…..,

    Entertainment staff New manager should wear a name tag. Here 11 days and still don’t know his name. Santana and Rogza are a good addition but your draw has been Israel and Ruben and together they make a good team with different expertise to keep the crowds engaged. Hopefully you can keep them together working as a team. Housekeeping great every time we used it. Mauricio is a fantastic bartender. Pinto, Angel, and Lizeth kept us very happy. They were amazing. Only allowed 3 reservations in the better restaurants was disappointing. But food and service was good everywhere. The omelet queen made sure we had the best breakfasts.

    What makes this place worth going is the staff !!!

    Really nice vacation, lovely resort, at night it's so beautiful with all the lightings in the pool and outside, so cozy. Rooms are spacious and clean, mini fridge restock daily. The only downside is that you hear everything from other room, not soundproof. Food is great, you got to try the omelets in the morning with "Obillia" they are the best !!! Waiters around the pool go above and beyond to serve you with a smile. Lobby bar is nice to hang out at night, music, pool tables. Nightly shows where awesome also in the theatre. And to top it off the entertainment crew during the day is what makes this place special ! A Big shout out to Yzrael, Roxanne, Santana, Ceez and Rubin !!! They are always smiling, talking with people. From Yoga, Zumba to aerobics and games, they do it all. Would definitely come back :)

    Welcoming and Good Service

    Everyone was very nice. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The food was tasty and the staff is very attentive. Spa was great and thankful that they were able to make accommodations. Thank you.

    AMAZING STAFF!!

    I’ve been visiting GR twice a year for around 5 years and have seen recent changes. We stayed we stayed at the resort for 7 days and only on the last day were we brave enough to get into the “cold”. Numerous people complained and yet nothing was done to rectify the issue like turning on the pool heater. The staff as always was remarkable making us all feel welcomed. The entertainment crew is beyond amazing with Ysreal and Rubin and one of the reasons we clontinue to visit. Feliciano and Lizeth are just two of the many staff members who went above and beyond. Jazirel at the front desk was very welcoming and even remembered some of the group from our visit in Oct truly making us feel we were back home. Our only issue from our stay was the cold pool which if not corrected our twice yearly visits will be at a different resort.

    Service staff is excellent!

    Bartenders Mauricio and Alfredo are top notch and Lao was most attentive and friendly with service at pool and evening coffee.
