The Premiere Bar has the most awesome bartenders Eric and Hector. They put so much care into the cocktails and are very professional.

Feb 21, 2026HORRIBLE MANAGENT CHANGE
We have been going to this resort for 8 years now and have had dozens of friends join us. Loved everything about it that's why we came back year after year for 10 days. The last 2 times we have noticed a decline in services and quality of food and, but this last visit of 10 days was a horrible experience as far as new management. They refused to turn on pool heater, so very few were in pools very cold for Jan, Feb. That has NEVER been the case for us for our trips in February. The shows are pretty much kid oriented now and getting worse. So many kids screaming most of the day and night with horseplay all day, can't relax or even get seat at swim up bar this year. The hot tub is a joke with only being on until 7pm and its very low with broken jets and not barely warm. The food has really declined this year and also it is now $10 for room service WHICH WILL ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND STILL CHARGE YOU. You are only allowed 3 meals at EITHER Marco, Zia or Mexican restaurant this year!!!!! WTF?!?!?! WE ARE HERE FOR 10 DAYS!!!!! The absolute ONLY saving grace to our stay was all the hard-working staff, always happy and kind. They are busting their butts even harder than normal due to the NEW AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! It's like they are TRYING to make GR Solaris one of the crappier resorts to stay. The entertainment staff with YZRAEL AND RUBEN along with the rest of staff where the ONLY good thing this resort has left to offer us but sadly, we don't think it will be enough for a large amount of us and won't return unless things make a HUGE turnaround in MANAGEMENT AND BENIFITS before next season. YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER GR SOLARIS WHATEVER YOU DID IN THE LAST YEAR WAS NOT A GOOD CHOICE AND EVERYONE SEES IT BUY MANAGEMENT!!!!

Best. SPA. ever!
The SPA! Such an amazing and relaxing experience. Brenny and Irenea were the most amazing technicians who gave us massages and facials. It was my partners birthday and at the end we were surprised with red velvet cake that happens to be her favourite. Beyond anything we could have experienced. Highly recommend booking and experiencing luxury
