Had the hot sto e massage a d it was wonderful Brent and Mari took care of me and helped me have a great experience at the spa both times I came.

It was one of the worst experiences. I have been to Cancun several times and I had never encountered such a bad team of ppl. They did not respect the room price and I was forced to pay a huge amount of money extra. Be careful when you book. Then when you are trying to fix it they send like a ping pong from one dept to another and no one helps you. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is not as nice as I remember.

Vacation
The check in and welcome was good, the room was nice but had to change room due to maintenance being done above and we were assigned a better room. Food was good but had troubles with their reservation system. The pools and view if the ocean was great. Over all I had a good time.

Our stay was a positive experience overall. We visited during the off-season which saved us $$ but there seemed to be more maintenance/upkeep going on to the exterior of the building, one of the main/larger pools and construction to an adjacent resort being built which caused more noise than what we would have liked. However, the entertainment staff, dining options and member's benefits really made it a great trip. I would stay away from the room service as it seemed that it was frozen food put in a microwave. Probably good for a late night after partying snack, and I guess not bad for a $5 room service fee...but isn't it supposed to be "All Inclusive??"

Great
Was great except I couldn’t make any reservations to none of the restaurants to have a pleasant dinner, but had great service from Manuel, Jose , niño and the rest of the staff like the hostess at the buffet awesome
