Excellent!
Our experience was extraordinary. We stayed at our room 3593 B. The young lady young lady Andrea that took care of us was fabulous.!

Stunning views, good food, incredible staff
Beautiful, stunning resort with an incredible staff. Tony, Salvador, Rod, Oscar, Jose, and Zaim are all wonderful and so kind and friendly. Javier at Bocados was wonderful. Elaine at Blanca Blue made us feel so special. Great staff, amazing food, beautiful location. We LOVE Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta and the entire team there.

Outstanding Staff and Resort, Poor Check-In Service
We truly enjoyed our stay at Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta. The resort itself was absolutely wonderful, and many of the staff made our experience special. Special appreciation to Mr. Jose at the swimming pool area, Elaine (manager at Blanca Blue), as well as the teams at Hiroshi and Bocados — all very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the check-in service was absolutely bad and unprofessional, which was disappointing compared to the excellent service from the rest of the staff.

Fantastic 60th birthday celebration
So this was our first all inclusive resort experience and it exceeded all of our expectations. We had one of the junior panoramic suites in Tower 4. The views and amenities were wonderful. Housekeeping staff took great care of our room and all requested needs. The property is beautiful, well maintained and there is a trolly that is an available to help with navigating the resort. We took advantage of many free onsite activities e.g. waterfall hike, ARCOS hike, kayak trip to Los ARCOS and a Hatha yoga class. A special shout out to our activity guides - Mike, Rod, Procoro, Sergio. The food was fantastic. We ate at the steak house 3 nights, Japanese 2 nights and also checked out the Mexican and Chinese restaurants. The resort was not too crowded so it was easy to get reservations when we wanted them throughout the week. The pool staff was very attentive - we opted for the beach pool area on most days, even though our tower had its own pool. We would also like to acknowledge the efforts of several other staff members for their excellent service during our 8 day stay: Marisol, Mariana, Rubin, Gio, Jose, Javier, Oscar, Jazmine, Jhanko, and Alberto. Even though gratuities were included, we opted to provide extra tips in cash throughout the week. A couple points to note: there is some construction noise as a new tower is being built by tower 4. We did not find it intrusive at all, the rooms were very quiet. The concierge person who greets you when you first arrive at the hotel is a Vacation Club Sales person. They will try to get you to sign up for a welcome breakfast the following day. We politely and firmly said no, several times. You can get discounted tickets for excursions, if you opt to hear the sales presentation. Transport from the airport is easy, there are licensed taxis outside the main terminal. I would avoid the hotel representatives inside the terminal, as they are part of the vacation club sales staff. Cost from the airport to the hotel was 700 pesos/$38 and was about a 40 min. ride. The taxis take credit cards and US cash is readily accepted in the area. The taxi ride from the hotel back to the airport was 400 pesos. All in all, we would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and fun vacation.
