  Amazing

  This was our second trip to this resort. We have stayed at a number of properties in PV, all of which have been nice but this one is our favorite. The property is beautiful and is laid out very pleasingly with natural beauty surrounding you pretty much everywhere. It is exceptionally clean all of the time with very attentive staff discreetly making sure that it stays that way. There are not as many restaurant options as at some other resorts but this made no difference to us as the menu selections in the 3 main locations were abundant and flavorful every time. I have not eaten a lot of Asian cuisine in my life but the food experience at Tian Tang made me a convert. The Italian restaurant seemed to be the most popular and the excellent food preparation and presentation made it easily understandable as to why. The pasta dishes were as good as any I have ever had and the prime beef choices, while a little chewy were tasty beyond measure. I had two one night and can still taste the BBQ flavor which I will do my best to replicate. The Mexican restaurant is equally as good and there are many authentic dishes to choose from. I love Mexican food so this was a pleasant experience. The pool is grand and a hugely popular place to spend a few minutes or an entire day (which our wives did every day). The water is pristine and there is no fighting for deck space. The swim up bar is a nice touch even though I am very suspect of anyone who spends any amount of time drinking surrounded by warm water. Ceveceria is a newly renovated "snack spot" which serves up a large variety of seafood tacos and empanadas and fish offerings which is amazing. The views are unstoppable and the restaurant is very nicely laid out and the staff, much like everywhere else on the property are attentive and friendly beyond measure. The last time were were here, we hung out at this location but it was very toned down and plain compared to what they have done to it today. I highly recommend making this a daily go to for an hour or so just to relax and enjoy some really good food. The buffet is second to none. It is open every day for breakfast and only sporadically for other meals but the spread they offer to get your day started is eye popping. Won't matter what you feel like when you walk in, it's there and it's amazing. Oh, I can't forget to mention the local live in talent, namely the group of Pea Cocks and Pea Hens who travel throughout the grounds every day in search of handouts. They are very friendly and it's quite a treat to sit and hand feed them nibblies which they very much appreciate. There is also a good sized Iguana who has claimed the pool and a small Island bound flowering bush as his. He will show up unexpectedly and sun himself for a while until he decides to head home to his oasis which requires him to dive head first into the water to gain access to his bush where he will enter at the bottom and then pop out at the top which gives him the ability to survey his kingdom. No matter where you go, there is something to look at and marvel at because it really is a beautiful property. There are lots of personal amenities if you like to be pampered or stay fit or whatever and the Malecon is only a few minutes away by cab. There are lots of reasons to stay here, not the least of which is a wonderful and caring lady named Ruby who saw to it that I was looked after when my stomach was staging a protest (nothing to do with anything I ate, I brought it with me) and she went out of her way to get the chef to make me a very bland but delicious plate of scrambled eggs and toast at 4:30 in the afternoon which was delivered to my room and saved me from starvation while not exacerbating the problem. She was very compassionate but really, she was an emobodiment of how the whole staff look after you and out for you. We will be back without question. This resort is a great place to spend your money and time and I am sure that you will walk away feeling really good that you chose it.

  This is one of our favorite resorts.

  The service was great. The pool was nice and calm. No crazy. The resort was close to the Melecon. The location is ideal for going downtown, close to all the attactions. My wife and I had a great time. The only down side is that the buffet is not open at night.

  Enjoyable and easygoing stay for families

  We stayed at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa as a family and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and beachfront location. The property felt well organized and comfortable for spending time together, with plenty of space to unwind during the day. Our room was clean and functional, and the overall experience felt smooth and unhurried. A good option for families looking for a calm and convenient all-inclusive stay by the sea.

  The Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta Almost Diamond !

  The Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta is ranked as a "Diamond" rated Hotel and in many respects it is, and in others it is not. This was our first time at the Hotel. RESTAURANTS: The al la carte Restaurants, are Diamond quality, Rosato, Tiantang and El Mexicano were sensational. Great quality and service. Richardo at Rosato was incredible. The Hostesses were amazing. At Chula Vista, the Buffet Breakfast / al la carte at lunch was excellent. Rafael from Chula Vista provided great service. HOUSEKEEPING: Diamond Level Housekeeping. They were always on time, polite and the room was cleaned to perfection. ENTERTAINMENT: Great Live Bands almost every night in the Lobby Bar. Diamond Level quality CHECK IN: Smooth, polite and professional, Diamond Level. COFFEE: Very good quality coffee and the woman who worked in the Deli Express Coffee Bar was amazing. LOCATION AND ROOMS: Great central location in between the Malecon and the Marina. True Oceanview Rooms, with very quiet climate control, high end mattresses and linens and very good WiFi throughout the Hotel. MY RATING: I give the Hotel a 4 and 1/2 Star **** rating. Although many aspects are Diamond Level, the All-Inclusive beverages are NOT. A true "Diamond" rated hotel includes Beers like Heineken, Stella Artois, and MoDelo. And Vodka like Absolute and Grey Goose. This property does not, whereas I stayed at the Sheraton in Puerto Vallarta last year(a Diamond rated Hotel) and all those were included. So to management, I would strongly suggest, you offer those premium brands, to be a True Diamond rated hotel. CONCLUSION: It is a very nice property, with great food and amazing staff. I would return, hoping they improve as I recommended. A few other guests said the same thing to me about the "Lack of high end Beer and Alcohol".

  Fiesta Americana- 5 star all inclusive Resort!

  Fiesta Americana is definately a 5 star all inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and with incredible caring. A squeaky fan in our room was fixed before we could even open our luggage! The entire staff - from those polishing the rails to make them always shine, ensuring our room was always cleaned and replenished, to those cleaning the Banos, working the bars, those that entertained us, danced with us, exercised with us, scheduled all our dinners, prepared and served our meals, we say a multitude of thanks! Each one of you made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Karla M whose smile each day literally made our day! Her ability to schedule everyone’s dinner plans was outstanding. To David A, Caesar and their team, we extend our sincere thanks for entertaining us and teaching us the great value and fun of exercise - on ground, in the pool and dancing! Thanks to Martin our concierge for his assistance with arranging our ride to the airport. The food, the restaurants, the snack bars, etc. were excellent. The staff were wonderful. Just to name a few, we want to thank Jose and his team at the Italian restaurant, Rafael, Sharon and Alejandro at the Buffet, Jorge and Leondes at the Asian restaurant, Emmanuel and crew at the Seafood restaurant and Antonia at the pool bar. Something else to note was the security. We always felt safe. Security was always discreetly present! We have traveled extensively and would highly recommend this all inclusive resort and we would rate it 5 star. We will return!
