Great family fun experience! The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating. Excellent service from all especially from Oscar, Eladio, Nayeli, Maddie, David, Reyes, and Carla.

A great place for a fun and relaxing getaway
I visited Fiesta Americana Condesa for the first time in November 2025 and had a wonderful stay. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and the entire staff made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The bar and pool staff (Rodolfo, Pedro, Nemias, Jose, Juan, Carlos, Eduardo, Sandro, Samuel) were attentive and friendly, and they made excellent cocktails. Restaurant and kitchen staff (Rebeca, Chef Josue, Chef Manuel, Chef Adrian, Chef Jesus) ensured quality meal experiences. I also used the massage service, which was very relaxing and definitely worth trying. Members of the entertainment team, such as Saulo and Michelle, kept things fun with activities like water aerobics and bracelet-making. While I've mentioned specific names, there were many other staff members who contributed to a great experience. Thank you to everyone at Fiesta Americana Condesa.

A Hidden Gem for Craft Cocktails and Relaxation!
The Lobby Bar at Fiesta Americana Condesa is a fantastic spot to relax, but what truly made it special was Alma, our server. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her recommendations were perfect, and her warm personality made every visit memorable. If you’re here, ask for Alma—you won’t regret it!

Love The Condesa.
Always good to return to the Condesa, it is like seeing family after being away for awhile. Everyone has always been so kind from our first visit in 2014 to our latest visit in October. Had a great room, food and drinks always good. Had a large group this time, which was fun. "Dinner for 20, no problem". Many thanks to all the staff, too numerous to list everyone, but you all know who I am writing about. Thank you again Condesa, hope to return a few more times next year. Happy Holidays!!

We shared about leBasilic yesterday and today we let you know that every meal we have had at isla contoy has been terrific! The smiling face of Martha greets you every day. The waiters Juan, Eladio, Carlos, Celestino, and Noe are always there to take great care of you!!! The fish is terrific!
