  Fun, clean and SAFE

  We took a trip with 5 other couples for my wife’s 40th birthday. We booked everything through Costco. The transport to the hotel was on time, check in was fast and we were in our room in no time. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day at a good time. The pool was clean and the swim up bartenders were great. The food was good and everyone was nice. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. There wasn’t a lot of things to do at night , but the sports bar was fun with evening events. During the day they had different events going on. Our favorite event planner was Salo. He was young, fun and funny. Look him up if you go. Everyone had fun, it was safe and we would definitely go again. Check out was fast and once again transportation to the airport was on time and fast.

  Very good option in Cancun

  The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well located. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying Cancun. Highly recommended.

  Not what is advertised

  Stayed for a business conference and added a few days for vacation. Do not buy into the advertised "8 restaurants" garbage. There is one buffet open for breakfast and maybe two places for lunch. There were maybe three open for dinner if you were lucky. It was impossible to get into the Brassa restaurant and they did not take reservations as they stated they would. I went to the Sushi place that said they were open all day and they said "oh no we are never open for lunch." The staff is amazing. Every single person I encountered was so friendly and helpful. It was almost as if they were apologizing for the hotel and trying to make up for it in service. Overall, we enjoyed it but would never go back. Ive been to Cancun now three times and will not return to this resort. They are defintiely what they advertise. Everything was closed. If you want to eat at a buffet for a week, this is your place.

  Great resort for families, but not a luxury experience

  I had a great time with my husband and toddler. The people rating it as 1 star are out of their minds, and the people saying the food is bad are even more out of their minds. Everything at the resort was good, however, it's not a 5-star luxury resort. If you build up that expectation, you're going to be disappointed. If you appreciate it for what it is, you'll have a great time. Overall, I enjoyed it, and if you are booking here for a relaxing trip with family and friends, you'll have a great time. However, there are drawbacks. Pros The pools are amazing. Pirate ship was lots of fun for my son, and I liked that there was a large "kid" pool where it was only 1 foot or so deep. It gave him a lot of room to move around where he could walk himself, which he enjoys. The food was generally quite good. I was only disappointed with the dinner buffet. We only went to that once, and the food was decidedly OK. The Italian, Mexican, and Brazilian steakhouse restaurants were great though, and I liked the sushi bar a lot. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Staff were nice and attentive. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, and easy to access from the resort. Cons The resort could use more work. For example, we had three family suites. We were with friends who had one room. We switched from one room to a second (to be closer to them, not because anything was wrong with the room). The rooms were nice, and the balconies were amazing. However, in *none* of the three rooms did the outdoor jacuzzis work. In our second room, the bed frame was missing a foot (although someone did come to repair that.) Some tiles are loose in the pools. I never got the bottle of liquor I was promised on check in. I wasn't expecting it, so it was a nice bonus, but I filled out a form and never got it. It didn't bother me too much because all-inclusive, but if I am promised something I should get it. It seems like some of the restaurants are closed for no reason. I'm sure it's just that some restaurants have scheduled days they are closed, but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it. Or like advance communication to the guests. Like we would just discover that the sushi bar or the Mexican restaurant or the steakhouse was closed on certain nights. I really did not appreciate that certain parts of the resort were rented our for private events for Quickbase on two nights; once the main area around the pools, and once the area around the pizza bar. It did not prevent me from using anything, but it was off-putting that I spent so much money on this resort, and certain parts of it were off-limits to me because a company rented space out. The staff for the spa, the timeshare/membership, and the Aquaworld excursions, can be very pushy. I got asked if I wanted to go to the spa multiple times every single day. And if I made eye-contact with an employee in the lobby area, it was almost certain they would ask me about the membership. Once or twice if fine, but when I am there for a week, it starts to build.

  Exceptional Experience at The Fiesta Americana Condesa!

  Our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of attentiveness and attention to detail throughout the resort truly stood out. A special thank you to Maggi and Daniel, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality made us feel truly valued and taken care of. The room was amazing. Spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Service across the resort was consistently excellent, and the food and beverage offerings were outstanding, with great variety and quality throughout our stay. This is the kind of place where you can fully relax and enjoy every moment. We left already talking about when we can come back. If you are considering Cancun, this is the place to book.
