  Facility is old and dirty. Most Workers are great, the location is okay and the beach is very nice.

  We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. These folks made our stars a very pleasant one Eladio, Celeste was the best host and always received us with a smile. Daniel, Manuel, Heraquio served us at the Market restaurant and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed The Facility was dirty and not clean even after I reported it a few times. The restaurant captain German from the Italian restaurant was very rude and only let certain people in like you had to give him a good tip to get in. However Cesar our waitress made our experience better after we waited almost two hours to get in. I wouldn’t stay here again, I have many other examples of rude workers and services I asked for but weren’t able to get after all we paid. Every day a restaurant is closed so you only have two options. The cevicheria was the best place but be there from 1-5pm only

  Exceptional Service

  We have been here before with our son who always enjoyed the Kids Club, but this time it was just us. The resort is very family friendly and couples oriented. There’s is a place and something to do for all. They have a designated space, beach front on the left “adults only”, what a little gem for couples who just want to relax. Special thanks to “Paco” at the Vacation Club who kindly assisted me with a last minute task I had for my job. Thank you Manuel for your service and wine suggestion during my birthday celebration you made my day special. Huge thank you to Diego and both Eligios (who called themselves Eligió One and Eligió Two) for your friendly efficient and kidness, you make us feel like home. Thank you Fiesta America, we will be back.

  Best Pool-Side service we’ve ever had!!!

  We’d like to give a Huge Shout Out to Eligo!!! He was our pool-side server for multiple days and took such great care of not only my husband and I, but our children too!! Eligo was extremely attentive, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of incredible! His smile and kind personality was exactly what we needed to make our stay feel like home! I cannot express enough, how impactful Eligo made our stay for the better!!!

  Honest review Fiesta America Condessa Cancun (all inclusive)

  Our entire family and many of our friends have all reached the same conclusion. At this point, we have been to FACC multiple times a year for over ten years. With so many destinations to choose from and when in Cancun so many choices, so why this resort? Summary for anyone new to Cancun or on the fence -Highly recommend. Family resort. We have been here 10+times. We dont have any children. children. Never been an issue. Families with children? The resort is very family friendly. Our Rooms were spacious and clean. Our views were wonderful. The pool was clean. Pool bar stocked and all bar staff are responsive. Same for lobby bars The beach is beautiful. Restaurants: All food was great, and the entire staff was great. Details re: our most recent stay We arrived on December 5th with 12 people. For half of them this was the first time. We arrived at the door and were welcomed. We were greeted by multiple folks who welcomed us back and acknowledged the new faces and welcomed them. The entire staff is friendly, eager and completely committed to the same mission to ensure that you are completely storified. Having been here lots of times, I’m still impressed. Those who were there for the first time were also very impressed and stated that they’d return. I want to thank Fernanda and Maggie for their effort; we interacted with many of the staff when arriving. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Eladio, Marco and the entire kitchen and wait staff. Service was all good and consistent throughout all of the restaurants. Thanks to Sergio our waiter assigned to us during out outdoor dinner. Felix, Alex, Oscar, Pedro, Samuel, Jay-Jay and all others working the pool and inside bar areas Lastly,I want to thank staff that we interacted with there were so many that are very good at what they do that are not specifically named. Thanks all.

  Amazing Experience

  Everything was amazing! Every staff was super welcoming and Eladio stood out the most. He was super friendly, remembered our names, and made sure we felt welcomed! Will definitely come back again.
