Had a great customer experience at Fiesta Americana! They were super accommodating and engaging - manager Eladio and staff Jaime and Alberto were extremely nice, coming up to us and asking if we needed anything more. They gave recommendations and helped us navigate around the resort. If you’re them reading this, thank you for all the hard work and appreciate it. Go Boston!

Exceptional Customer Experience
Fiesta Americana Condesa is exceptional. I have been here 5 years in a row and this is due to the incredible team that they have. At the buffet there are some essential team members, all are great but Erasio and Eladio are just nationally people that like to go above and beyond. At the cevicheria Carlos is exceptional, very focus on customer experience. Francisco who used to be captain at Rosato and now captain at different restaurants in the resort is amazingly courteous and make your experience exceptional. Ely and Noe (spa) are a great team and love what they do reason they deliver above and beyond services. Josue (Chelito) Chef and Pedro (pool Bar) are one of the reasons we keep coming back to this resort, they make you feel at home and we consider them family away from home. Please recognize the team as they are an asset to the company. Over all everyone has been pleasant but the mentioned team members really make a difference. Eleane Genie (Fiesta Americana Black Member) Upgraded my membership because of the mentioned team.

All in All An Amazing Time

Another trip home
My wife and I returned from a visit to FACC where we met up with friends that we had met at FACC, Carlos, Redalfo, and Pedro are still my favorite Bartenders they go out of their way to take care of your drink needs, JJ is working the pool area and is one of the greatest. Heraclio, Cesar,Coronel,Manuel Cruz and Eladio in the Buffet restaurant took great care of us, Cesar Ramos in the Italian restaurant was so awesome, he had my wife’s favorite desert made for her and had it made for her at an other restaurant, Fernanda and the other young lady at check in was awesome also. The employees at FACC make you feel like you are family and when you leave you want to come back. This was my wife’s and mine 17th time to FACC and is the only place we go to when we go to Cancún.

Exceptional Service, Unforgettable Experience
Our stay here was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed. Two team members in particular made such a difference - Fabian in Concierge and Saulo on the entertainment team - they treated us like family, checking in on us, remembering little details, and making us feel genuinely cared for. The service was flawless, the amenities were fantastic, and every moment was effortless and enjoyable. Already talking about returning :).
