  Great Hotel on the Beach with Even Better Service.

  We had a great time at this resort. Our favorite part was lying on the beach with Osvaldo bringing us snacks and drinks. He took such great care of us. He never let our drinks get empty!

  Always Excellente Experience!

  If outstanding customer service, awesome food with several options, and a resort that isn't too small, but isn't too large, then this is the resort for you. Just returned from our 15th visit and Excellente as always!! Shout out to ROCKSTAR Fernanda!! Yadira in the buffet is the BEST along with Henry, Nayeli, Pedro, and Anselmo. Diana, Ariel, and Saulo with the entertainment team! Everyone knows JJ & Eligio at the upper pool and Oscar, Nadia, and Angel at the lower pool. Bartender Carlos has been with resort for several years and can make whatever beverage is your pleasure. Johany and Paloma in lobby bar always make sure your drinks are full. Limber in Mexican restaurant still pulls out photo of him with my cousin and her husband from 2020, the last time they came with us before we lost her husband. And Campos has also been with resort many years and is the first person to greet us with a warm welcome each year we come. Perfect resort for singles, couples, or families. Something for everyone!!

  Overpriced and Disappointed

  Great location. Good atmosphere. We reserved 3 rooms and were charged same price for all rooms but there were qualitative differences among the 3 rooms. We asked to be put together. But we had one room in the first floor with access outside (best room we got), and then 2 other rooms in another building in the third floor, one with a balcony of about one feet and another with a much better balcony with 2 seats. It was overpriced because rooms were not adequately maintained. We got rooms 266, 331, and 333. For example, the refrigerator in room 333 did not work and the coffee maker only produced cold coffee. The shower door in room 331 did not close properly. The thermostat in room 266 was "frozen" at 19 degrees and we had to have a maintenance gay to come over and fix it. The coffee stand in the lobby always was empty. The level of cleanliness was OK and all the employees were extremely kind, courteous, and accommodating with the exception of a waiter at the paid-extra restaurant San Telmo, the Argentinian steak restaurant, who served our deserts in a tray and did not bring individual plates for the eight of us. When I requested the plates he placed plates on three of us but not on the other five people in our group. The noise level was good. We did not experience any noise that bothered us and the service was good. We had all the food and drinks we wanted and the waiters and waitresses, as I said before, were excellent. The amenities were very poor and this was our major disappointment because we wanted to bring the family to a place where they experienced daily night entertainment. We asked ChatGPT for the best Cancun resort having the best nightly entertainment and its selection was Fiesta Americana. Now I realize that ChatGPT got its information from the resort's website where it looks as if the resort shows were spectacular Las Vegas shows when in reality we were offered a DJ on one night, and karaoke on another night and on Friday the show was better but something like that I would have expected for ever y single night. The resort's pictures on their website about their entertainment probably amounts to false and misleading advertising under U.S. law but not sure if the same applies under Mexican law. Would I recommend the resort to other people? Unfortunately no.

  Absolutely Fabulous

  Absolutely everything about this hotel was fabulous. Every single member of staff were so nice and always smiling and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and so much choice. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

  Subpar experience

  Sunday- Thursday stay ( Sea Tower - 5th floor) 1. 3 trips to front desk to address broken fire alarm in room on Monday 4:50 am ( went off first at 4:50 am) 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The front desk staff didn’t even look up from his computer or even apologize after I dragged myself out of bed . Just said there was a malfunction. Two more visits to have alarm disconnected. Not pleased with having to address this 3 x. 2. Didn’t realize the bar music would be playing loudly until midnight. I have NEVER been to a resort where I had to stay up until the music stopped playing. Would have liked to get to bed before midnight. This was very irritating. 3. Came back from a beach walk around 4 pm to have our umbrella moved and loungers about to be stacked away for a corporate event. So essentially kicked out of pool area that was to close at 8. Came on a vacation to enjoy some sun and relax a little. Paid way too much to have these irritants. Currently listening to loud music because I can’t sleep. If I wanted to sleep near a bar, it should have been plainly indicated when I reserved this room. No, I would never come back to this resort. Ps . I had asked to speak to a manager and front desk staff chose to deal with fire alarm complaint on their own.
