The staff were very friendly and nice! Especially the activity staff remembered our faces very well. A special shoutout to Esteban for your warm smiles! It made our stay very special!

Great Place To Stay during the holidays
We had a great family vacation at FACC. The weather in Cancun was amazing. The service we received from everyone was really good. The food quality was excellent at all restaurants. I would like to acknowledge great service from Sebastian at El Mexicano and Nadia at the beach.

Fiesta Americana Dining
Great service and wonderful staff! Magdiel, Cristian Alberto, Heraclio, Eladio, Nayeli, and Celeste really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by this place!

Fiesta visit 2025-2026
Great location, beach is good with white sands and turquoise water. Water was a little rough initially but good experience . Great value for the dollar. Excellent staff. Our restaurant staff Magdiel, Cristian Alberto, heraclio, eladio, nayeli and Celeste were excellent and provided a very personal experience ( like family)

10/10 hotel beautiful beach
Amazing hotel entertainment team was amazing especially Esteban and Andrew would recommend 10/10. Had lots of activites throughout the day with prizes and were really friendly. Also the beach is to die for
