An Amazing Vacation
We just completed a wonderful family vacation and always such a great time . When we arrived got a free shuttle the hotel from the airport which was nice . Greeted at Elite Club by wonderful staff and stand out employee like Alejandra! Made check in so easy and asked if we needed anything else to make sure our vacation would be nice ! After that greeting so warmly from Guillermo the from desk manager who welcomed us back and asked if he could do anything in our room and what a stand out he is to El Cid ! Hotel sure is lucky to have an employee like this and is so very special ! My kids went to the kids club over and over and Leticia and Susan and Lalo and Nailea always have so much planned for the kids and made sure they have a great time ! Such pride they all put into working for El Cid and how fantastic for all guests for kids to go to . Our room was nice and fresh and our housekeeper Myra asked also if we could use anything for our room or trip . Always greets us with a warm smile every morning ! Breakfast every day at La Concha was so great ! Rosie and Simon making fresh eggs any way you desire and always greeting us every mornings with great big hellos and smiles . We would try to sit with Daniel for morning as he works so hard to make sure if we needed anything he would get it for us ! The entire staff at El Cid were always so friendly but 2 standouts were at Mexican restaurant and Fidel in room service What amazing employees for the hotel ! If you want an amazing vacation experience look no farther then El Cid Its clean and its safe and honestly every aspect of the hotel is 10 out of 10 stars !! Once you come visit Mazatlan you will no doubt want to come back year after year and stay at El Cid for the greatest family vacation you can get !

Great family vacation
We enjoyed our stay staff was great! Elite club was a great perk! The ladies were all amazing and friendly! Food was great we we joyed all the specialty restaurants. Entertainment staff does an amazing show every nigh. Our housekeeper Rosalia did a great job and had an amazing attitude.kids club was a great help to keep little one busy for a bit. I would come back for sure
