    The staff at dream sands made our trip so special! The hotel is so beautiful and I really love that it’s right on the beach! Multiple pools and bars made it easy to relax & have a good time. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The entertainment team is awesome. Jamie, Luis, Charlie, Melissa, Gael & Michelle always had things going on and prizes to make it fun! Isaac was our server on the beach and took care of everything we needed and remembered our preferences. Eric the bartender at the swim up bar was fast and made great drinks! The resort is really beautiful but the staff is really the best part. 100% would recommend staying here!

    Michelle in the activities committee was exceptional! A true GEM to have at the resort! Christy with UVC was incredibly helpful and made our stay extra special!

    Wow. Ming was blown

    Well let’s just be honest I was worried when we got into the room. It was small! But having a balcony was key to us. Then we got settled and it turned out being the perfect amount of cozy and comfortable ❤️ the resort is beautiful like everyone and all the places, especially the beach. If you have kids this is the perfect beach in Cancun for you. This resort only gets better by the day including a full pool restoration while we were there and had one day to swim in it. The food is top notch room service is wonderful the cleaning staff is top tier and the entertainment team including MICHELLE with remembering our kids name every time we saw here and having the best time playing connect four. We loved the Sushi and our server Carlos which made the nights perfect. All the staff were incredible and they treated everyone as if they were the same which made me want to tip even more! Because they truly care.

    Best Beach Ever!

    My hubby & I visited this family resort in the Cancun hotel zone for the second time (this time with friends) this November 24 - December 1. We book preferred club and feel it is totally worth it. We were greeted with cool towels, and accompanied to the preferred club for check-in and a welcome drink. The process was smooth, and we enjoyed a snack at the club and a walk outside to view the beach, then went to our room await our luggage as the preferred club had collected our claim ticket. We waited, and waited, and waited. Tried to call, but did not understand we needed to press zero on the phone first, so went back to the preferred club to see what the hold up was. They apologized, and said it would be right up. Still took quite some time (hubby is getting agitated at this point, wants OUT of travel clothes). Finally arrived...do not know what the problem was! Think next time we will take luggage with us if room is available. Room was a standard Ocean Front King with Balcony. Nothing special, but very adequate. Clean and comfortable (although we would prefer double sinks, it worked) Beach has receded quite a bit from storms, but the water is still the most Beautiful, clear, turquoise, calm water we have ever encountered. Didn't even need to snorkel to see the fish. First time I have seen a trumpet fish! Food and service was Outstanding (Even the buffet was good)! ALEXANDER & ANTONIO at preferred breakfast & Olio gave great service. Only meh meal was at Himitsu (Asisn) restaurant. Beach concierge, ANGEL & LUIS were friendly & helpful in assisting us with chairs & towels & umbrellas. Beach server, ISAAC, was always quick to refill drinks, & bring water. Preferred club is great for drinks and snacks anytime. Housekeeping was excellent. After luggage delay, everything was Superior in service. Will recommend and return. Our UVC vacation club representatives, Lidia & Theresa were helpful & not pushy.
