Jose at the Loco Café
The hotel is pretty great. Except that we came during Sargassum season, apparently and so the beach in front of the hotel had a lot of seaweed. Other than that, the water is warm and see-through! Palm trees and beautiful weather. The pool's were literally perfect. Room's were clean with a great view. But the main reason I even made an account and am leaving a review is because Jose (&Andrea) at the loco café, was just THE BEST! Service with a smile every single time. He remembers the drink(s) you like and when he sees you, he's excited about it 😊, and asks if you are ready for another. Never acted like it was trouble, or like he was too busy, even though he was very busy every time I saw him. Probably because, everyone had the same experience as us! He really makes you feel special, and that's rare in the service industry. I sure hope he gets paid well, because he's fantastic at what he does. If we ever come back to this hotel, it will be because of the treatment me and my family received from Jose at the Loco Café. Gracias Señor. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Nice hotel bad service {pool & minibar)
Is a nice hotel with a beautiful beach. The people at restaurant and bars both give you a very good service. At the pool the people I charge Luis and Angel give a very bad support and they are aggressive and they treated you. The room is always clean but the minibar is never refill and coffee and tea the same.

Not really a dream to stay at dreams.
Beach was bad with seaweed so no turquoise water, looked more like lake water, lunch buffet, no sleeveless shirts for men, but women can be in bathing suits that doesn’t make sense. They make you wait until exact time check in time to get room, and don’t accommodate late check outs. Building looks old and beat up, not the nicest looking, prob least impressive as far as upkeep.Only positive is the workers in restaurants and pool area really do work hard and take care of you but that is typical of Cancún all inclusives. My recommendation hotel don’t control the seaweed and beach look, however that’s typically why people come to Cancun, so do everything in your power as a resort to make stay as pleasant as possible, like early check ins, and late check outs, upgrades, etc….

Great beach Terrible food
Beach beautiful. Food terrible and I can eat anything. Second day in after eating buffet and one restaurant wife and I both got food poisoning. Should have known as nothing was ever hot, including the restaurant. Tried room service inedible. Ended up surviving the 7 day stay eating chips and candy bars from the gift shop. We did nibble on some dry baked pretzel bread one night. Got so sick that we really couldn't drink alcohol at all. The other issue is they try and sell you over and over, even when you're a member. Its almost like bullying you so can't enjoy yourself. We will likely never return to cancun again after this second trip. Punta Cana see you next year.
