We enjoyed a week of summer in the middle of February in this beautiful all-inclusive resort. So much good food. Fun activities and entertainment. Great service from all employees. Quite a special experience.

I have never written a review while still at resort but in 20 years of coming to Mexico, we’ve never experienced this. Got here today after being at another resort for 8 days. Because of storms in NE, our flights were cancelled and our resort could not accommodate us. We’ve been to this chain before and are Hyatt members so thought this would be a good place to go til we can fly home. Check in was great and we love our room but for an AI, they nickel and dime you here- want a Bali bed $100 - want one at Adult pool $250 ( yes a day) We went to their beach side restaurant at 6:30 tonight. People before us (party of 2) were seated. We were then told an hour wait unless we wanted a bottle of wine? What? Then we watched big parties of 6,7,8 etc walk up and get seated right away. We went to the Preferred club over our disappointment at this and they had no answers. So if you want to pay a lot for a room and then pay even more to get seated at a restaurant, go here. Hoping it gets better before we leave Wednesday , but not hopeful.

Perfection
We just spent two incredible weeks here. The resort was fantastic, food excellent, and staff made us feel at home. Shout outs to Roberto and Kevin in the Bordeaux Restaurant, Vanessa at the Spa, Angelique our Housekeeper, and especially our Amigo Pedro in the Portofino Restaurant.

Best poolside concierge and kids area at dreams riviera
The pool concierge Erik Ramirez went above and beyond. Truly looking out for my family’s comfort for four days . He was always available, always kind and patient, always looking to make the stay better!! Also Lenrry is an awesome attendant by the poolside as well. Also the workers at the kids explorers club were so accommodating and were able to get the kids into the junior master chef class and they were so kind and loving to the kids. They genuinely want them to have a good time and the kids had so much fun in the explorers camp area as well! Shout out to Lou, Chio, Jona, Wen, Paty, Faty and Cesar- the manager!
