    Jaime lagunas. Y Alejandro witzil. From the vip / members group where amazing and always helpful with any question we had. 💯 recommend a stay in the dreams resort. What really surprised us was the attention to detail. From learning our family’s name to. Remembering our choice of drinks. A+ attention to detail.

    Fun and family friendly , great food

    Great food at every restaurant. Very family friendly. Hotel staff does a great job with activities and keeping the guests entertained. We had a blast with Felix and his group or entertainers by the main pool. Can’t wait to come back with our families for our wedding.

    Entertainment team is awesome!

    The entertainment team did a great job of keeping everyone engaged at the pool and brought tons of much needed energy to the area. The team was friendly, funny, and you can tell that they really enjoy the work that they do. Felix and the gang made our trip!

    Sexy Chocolate

    Our visit was to attend a wedding; infinity pool at sunset was beautiful! So much fun! Pool entertainment was the best. Jokes and dancing priceless! One of our group members got the nickname Sexy Chocolate!! Thanks for that Felix, you have the softest hands! Wait staff was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Raul, Alejandro and many others made our trip great.
