Great value not great staff

We had some issues checking in and the staff was not very accommodating; generally, I’d say the staff is not overly accommodating for any issue . However, the rooms are big and clean and the pool is great for kids. Plus, you get the benefit of all Divi restaurants for the all-inclusive. The resort could use some updating but I’d stay there again

5th visit

Aruba is beautiful and the Divi properties are amazing. Our room was large, clean and well kept. I'm better at lists... 1. Drinks are delicious and plentiful. I recommend the Pink Panther with rum instead of vodka. 2. Bring or plan to buy a reusable water bottle. They'll fill it with water at the bars or some areas have filling stations. 3. Food options - plenty of options on the Divi properties. Since we stayed at the Golf we had access to Mulligans as well. The only downfall of dining is having to make reservations and only being able to do it 2 days in advance, so sometimes you miss out on certain restaurants that are included OR you have a really late dinner reservation. Snacks are available at a couple bars but they are heavy snacks like fries, chicken tenders and pizzas. Some nacho or chip options or easy salads without having to hit up the buffet would be nice. Dessert offerings at the bars would be great as well. 4. Food/service quality -Mulligans - Mulligans is decent lunch fare, not anything great or exciting on the menu, again a lot of heavier options. The service was good aside from food coming out a bit slow and the same waitress giving us incorrect food two days in a row. Red Parrot - Amazing service, delicious food. I recommend the tenderloin medallions. Ginger - Slow service, less than mediocre/Luke warm food. Palm grill - yummy food. I liked that you do it to your liking but although our table mates were wonderful, I would've enjoyed it just the two of us. Buffets - decent. Bacon was TERRIBLE. Struggled to get beverages many times. 5. Other - The shuttle service was severely lacking on this trip. Many long waits for shuttles, being skipped over because they are heading to specific properties, and shuttles to and from the golf resort were nearly impossible. You would be dropped off at the street and have to cross (and in Aruba they drive fast and do not stop for pedestrians). It made us late to planned appointments/ reservations more than once. Concierge- they were all wonderful people but we struggled with part of this. My husband planned an excursion and we spent the morning and early afternoon hanging around the hotel because it left at 2pm, so missed out on doing some other stuff, which would have been fine if the excursion had actually been booked. 2:15 came around and we finally went to ask and De Palm didn't have his reservation. It seemed to be an issue with De Palm rather than divi but it was frustrating for us, my husband was VERY disappointed and we were both bummed about losing a full day to this. They tried to give us the timeshare voucher that we had used on his excursion for something I scheduled, but that then took it back and forth because it would not cover what I was doing. So lots of waiting for shuttles and back and forth while trying to get this $100 credit we earned. In the end we ended up with a $50 credit to my massage and $100 slot play, but the frustration and lost time were worth a lot more in my opinion. I would visit the divi again. But probably not all inclusive as the buffet isn't worth it and sometimes you don't want an 8pm reservation for dinner. Drinks are great and Quarto Queso pizza is AMAZING and I dream about it... but... there's many other great food options on the island.

Room wasn't clean bathrooms need to be renovated badly. Walls in shower next to kitchen was falling apart from the damp bathroom. Floor were dirty and the other bathroom wasn't cleaned well. They toll us it was going to be renovated in February 2019 Food was very good. Always stay at one of the Divi properties when visiting Aruba. Was disappointed in this room. Sorry.

This resort is okay. The service was horrible especially at sea breeze restaurant and bar. The bartenders at the pool seems very annoyed when we was ordering drinks. I would not return to this hotel. The sisters hotels was amazing. We spend most of our time there after the horrible service. The mens that picks us up from our rooms to take us around was very nice
