    Perfect honeymoon!

    This was a new experience for us and didn’t know what to expect. The resort was immaculately clean which was super important to us considering the activities we were fantasizing about well in advance😉. We had a Beloved swim up suite which felt perfect for us to dabble our toes in the environment. While it was open to others view, it was still extremely private. We shared so many incredible moments on this trip. Our butlers Guatemala and Daniel made it all come together perfectly. We experienced the spa and had both a couples massage (erotic) and I was treated to the 4-hand massage with two amazing women. I wish I could divulge more here but the experience lives sweetly in my mind. If there’s ANYTHING you want/desire… all you have to do is ask. We will be going back!

    RM is beautiful, staff is amazing, people are so nice. I love going twice a year!

    Resort: beautiful, accommodating, fun, clean. Staff: The BEST! Bella is the best playmaker, her English is perfect, she is beautiful, fun, personal, happy and joyful. I always look forward to seeing her! Butler: Able is the best by far! He always checks in and makes sure we are taken care of. Waiters: Jorge is my favorite, he is always great to see late at night when we are craving our Pizza after the disco. His English is great and he is so nice. Andy is a great waiter and bar tender at the Diamond swim up. He is so polite and always take great care of me. He goes out of his way to make sure we are good.     Home away from home

    Desire riviera maya is truly my home away from home! We stayed May 11-16th 2025. The staff at this resort truly make you feel like family. Especially if you take time to get to know them! All of the bartenders are hands down amazing! Daylan is by far one of the best mixologists here any drink you want he will make perfectly, I love to give him free range on my drinks and I’m never disappointed. And over the years he has become a great friend! Gustavo was always so happy to see us in the morning for our daily mimosas and conversations, truly a good friend and amazing bartender! Ivan was working the pool bar in the morning and would see me across the pool in the am and make an effort to say good morning and make me smile, an amazing human! Axel was newer to us but was very good at bartending and always knew how to make us laugh and truly enjoy our time! A few other bartenders that were amazing that truly made our stay great were Johnathan, Miguel, Carlos, Luis, Abraham, and Oscar. Abel and Raffael were two of our butlers and truly amazing! Lefranc was also one of our butlers and a good friend as soon as he saw we were there he took the time to chat with us daily and help us with everything! All the butlers took it very seriously when one of our thermos cups went missing they tried so hard to find it, we still haven’t found it but they all made an effort to find it! The playmakers at this resort are top notch! They have had a few leave over the years but the ones that have stayed and come in that time have been amazing! Bella, Mariana, Javi, and Layda were always so welcoming and trying to get the party started and people involved in the games! All playmakers did an amazing job! The pool butlers Cesar, Danny, and Mike were all amazing, yes it is true that they don’t have enough beds/chairs around the new pool for everyone but we never had issues and always had the same bed everyday, if you get there before 1030 you can almost always get a bed or chair! We did the buffet most night every night was a different menu and it was all very good! The members dinner had some odd choices but all very good! Eros was also very good for dinner! The late night time food is a must! The 3am pizzas I dream about and the BLTs are amazing. Every night we got food Jorge was there with a smile serving us and taking our order he was amazing! Overall it is always an amazing freeing atmosphere we will be back again and again!!

    Adults only party time

    We stayed here just prior to Memorial Day and had a blast. For those who are active and sporty, the playmakers staff do a great job accommodating and entertaining. Particular, a nice young lady playmaker Bella made us feel very welcomed and had a great memory remembering everyone. She used her magical powers to entertain, and made it look easy. I know that those playmakers work long shifts just to keep us happy, and I appreciate the extra effort. See you again soon. :)

    Our home away from home ❤️

    We had another great trip. Desire RM is a gorgeous resort and is even more beautiful with the addition of Eden. The food and entertainment are second to none. However what makes this resort stand out is the amazing staff. They always make us feel special. Here are a few that we want to mention.
