Every visit to Desire RM has been exemplary! The bar/pool staff are so attentive. Africa and Eduardo always make sure your drinks are cold and your glass is full. The butlers, Jorge, Yirhla and Abel check on you constantly making sure you have everything you need to make your experience excellent. The Playmakers, Bella, Pina, Mauricio, Kiara, Bam Bam and Monica keep the energy going and the entertainment top notch. Best vacation ever!

Beautiful trip in new area
We stayed in the newer side called Eden. It was beautiful. Loved the new areas. Transportation was a breeze. The staff is always amazing, especially the butlers. Our pool view room in Eden was beautiful. Had a great dinner at Amelfie on last night. The chef Ecuario was great, food was so good! We had Francisco as our server for two nights and he was hilarious! Made our dinners even better. You can’t get any better service than here. Everyone is just amazing.

The value for money spent is rapidly declining at all of their resorts. They have the monopoly on this type of resort model and they are acting accordingly by giving people less and less for what they pay. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIER PACKAGES! If you read the fine print, you will see that they have you locked in without any chance of modifying while they maintain the right to change their end of the contract at will. BUYER BEWARE!

Great vacation as always!
Our stay was great! Service from the staff was excellent as usual. Starting with our butlers G and Raphael were always checking to see if we needed anything and getting us the reservations we wanted. Abraham and Africa at the pool bar gave great service every day. Miguel and Danny at the pool had our chairs, tools, and umbrella exactly we wanted throughout the entire stay.

Amazing vacation!
This was our 7th trip to desire (October 7-12) and it was definitely our best trip to date! The atmosphere is like nothing else! And the staff are always ready and willing to help you with anything that you need! The playmakers get the party moving! They never seem to lose energy and always hype up the crowd! Bella, piña, bam bam, Mauricio, and Monica are all my favorites and remember us time and time again! They each noticed us in the pool and got so excited to see us again and that’s big seeing that they interact with so many guests! Though there were a few from our last trip in May that are no longer there and it makes me sad I loved them especially Mariana! The front of the house staff and Lisa that checked us in and helped us make our stay better we’re truly in point and did an amazing job! Rachel in the jewelry shop is always amazing and helped us pick out an amazing desire ring! Our butlers Jorge and Yirla though we didn’t utilize them much were truly amazing! Even after we left our long time friend (know him from ttr) and butler Lefranc came back from his vacation and personally reached out to us to make sure our stay was amazing and also helped get some our left behind items back so we didn’t lose anything! The bartending staff are truly my favorite people in this whole resort! Not only do they make the best drinks but they are some of the greatest people I know! Daylan is truly a mixologist and can make anything you request perfectly even if you don’t know what you want he will make it perfect! Axel, Gustavo, Miguel, Carlos, Abraham, Daniel, Johnathan, Joel, Edmundo, Oscar, Samuel, and Ivan are all amazing bartenders and truly make the environment one you want to be in! No matter how busy they get they still take the time to make sure you are taken care of! The pool staff were amazing! Cesar and Mike were always there with smiles to get me my pool bed day after day! Truly amazing people! The waiter from suki Jorge who also did the late night pizzas was amazing truly a funny and kind person! Overall this resort is hands down the best place we have been! We do wish some of the playmakers would be there longer than they have been as we miss some of our favorites but overall sexiest and most relaxing vacation ever! Side note thank you for starting to carry Jameson!!!
