Hotel is big and on a mountain , lots of nature to appreciate .
No elevators because they wanted to keep it as
Natural as possible. Restaurants are good and have a
Variety of food.

We tried posting a review before but although we received an email stating that the review was accepted and posted on the site. The review is no where to be found. All-inclusive plus had nothing special to it. All bars had watered down drinks even our premium bar. The buffet had stray cats everywhere and the food looked and tasted like it had been reheated for days. The a la carte restaurants were limited in dining options and we didn't have a choice in choosing our restaurant. The resort does it for you. The spa was nice and the pool area was clean. The beach had no waves so it was more of a bay in the area we were staying in. The nightclub was dated and looked more like a dungeon. If you are expecting to find quality and healthy food/drinks, this is not the resort to go to.The staff was not enthusiastic. You could just tell that they just wanted to finish their day. The reception area was not streamlined. Long lines and if you asked a question it would literally take 30 minutes to get a simple answer. We wanted to love it but it was suboptimal and the price was ridiculously expensive. We left in less than 48 hours with food poisoning and quite disappointed. We complained to both the resort and Cheap Caribbean but they each blamed each other. No one wanted to take responsibility. The only thing we can do is write a review and honestly, so far they refuse to post the truth.
False advertising on “all-inclusive plus.”
Buffet food is awful (stray cats roaming the dining areas).
Our group got food poisoning.
Charged extra fees on credit card which need to be disputed with credit card company.
Called to file a complaint and Cheap Caribbean said they cannot help us and need to connect us with the resort.
Beach area is a bay. No waves. You gotta go to the other side to find waves.
A la carte restaurant food is controlled by resort in terms of where you can go and what time you can choose a reservation. Food is just as bad as buffet. Seafood was questionable.
Staff appears to be miserable. Just trying to survive but no enthusiasm unless you tip them consistently.
Overpriced and not what it seems despite our iphone taking pretty pics.
We complained to the resort and nothing. Cheap Caribbean would not assist us further.
