Went here for a week first time to Mexico it was absolutely brilliant and everyone was so friendly and welcoming special shout out to Ali and Geri in the top floor adult breakfast and bar and also Maria, Luis ( adult pool area ) Wilberto in the French restaurant, the staff in the fisherman’s restaurant keep up the good work and see you soon and thank you for a great experience.

Worst hotel!!! So disappointed! I don't even know where to begin!! The place is not maintained... cracked tiles, 2 of 3 elevators out of service, air conditioning in the room does not go below 74°… Spoke to other guests who had the same complaint… when you try to reach customer service from your room, the phone can ring on and on and on and nobody answers. Two of the restaurants are closed. The lines to get into the buffet are 20 minutes to a half hour long… An absolute nightmare! They give you a card for a towel at the pool and when you go to the pool you only get one towel. You can either use it to lay on or you can use it to dry yourself but you only get one! You would not want to sit on the chairs without using a towel because the chairs are worn and have holes in them. I don't even know what to say! I've been to Cancun so many times and I've never had this situation. I only have myself to blame! I should have read the reviews and I would've seen all this before booking here. Never again! Lesson learned!

Excellent hotel with central location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The adult swimming pool was a very relaxed area and a good place to meet new people and have a general chat. All the restaurants were very good, as was the snack bar. The Trafalgar bar was the best with plenty of seating and opportunities for adults to enjoy themselves without the worry of children. Shout out to Lucia and Melchar in the Trafalgar bar who looked after me well, providing me great service and some interesting cocktails. Shout out also to Louis on the adult pool bar. Plenty of facilities in the hotel itself plus strong WiFi Room was perfect, could have done with a few more coffee refills though. Downside: first day I got stuck in a lift for 30 minutes. Overall, enjoyed my break and will certainly reconsider returning.

Loved our stay here
Great service from Jesus bellboy and Luis bartender at adult pool, loved the experience at crown paradise. Would definitely recommend it. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. 10/10 for us
