Nov 24, 2025Our 14 night stay
Rooms were ok, lots of space. We were put in a hot tub room on arrival even though we requested a normal standard room. Facilities and hotel was always clean. Some areas could do with an update but it didn’t ruin our holiday. Not much entertainment during the day or of an evening so did struggle with things to do. No proper entertainment team, only saw them during the odd activities during the day and if you went to the evening show. Evening shows were not great so my family often went into the town or played our own games of an evening. We were only a short bus ride away from the town which had good shops, restaurants and bars to break the day up a bit. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to especially mention Jerry and Maria in the lounge in the second block, they were always very funny and welcoming. Joel always took care of us around the pool with drinks and checked in on us frequently. A massive thank you to Ruby. She is so kind and thoughtful. She always asked us if we needed any drinks after dinner, checked on us frequently, always went out of her way to help with she could. I can’t thank her enough for looking after us!

overall a good experience :)
the experience and service was great, there were a few issues but nothing major. jesus the bell boy was very helpful as were all of the staff. luis the bartender at the pool bar was spectacular. the food was good, the drinks were great, and the beach was AMAZING.

Cancún family stay
Our experience here was very nice. Their were a few issues but they were delt with very fast and efficiently. Jesus the bellboy was very sweet and helpful. The service was great.

Good for the most part. We were on the 8th floor towards the end. We had to run the bath to get hot water. Only one working elevator. Besides that everything was great. Maria and John in the morning VIP lounge were great. Joel down at the pool was amazing. Could use more variety in foods at the restaurants. Buffet was mediocre.

Jesus our bell boy was fantastic! He was friendly and had everything very organized. The hotel quality and food was sub par but Jesus was great!

Children’s activities will continue in the Family Water Park and other areas with contests, movies, and crafts. Restaurant and bar maintenance includes furniture, AC, kitchens, and painting. Partial slide repairs from May 1 to 30 will not fully closed. Construction Schedule: - Sept 1–13: La Palapa - Sept 17–30: Kids Paradise - Oct–Nov: Restaurants & bars.
