  Strong odour and no shower water.

  Stayed Dec 3-5, 2025. This hotel is the absolute worst we have stayed at from the time we checked in to the time we left which was a couple days later. We booked through Booking.com for a stay at the property from Nov 26th - Nov 28, 2025. However, due to the airline cancelling and rescheduling our flight our dates had to be amended. After having challenges amending the dates via booking.com, we spoke directly with the property who advised that if we cancelled with booking.com they would approve the waiver fee for cancellation (this they did). On arrival at the property we were told that we had to pay for the room. We advised that we paid for the room already as money was pulled from the credit card.After the staff member spoke to her supervisor, the lady at the front desk said we would still have to pay as booking.com charged our account despite the fee waiver. This was unacceptable to us and after 1 1/2 they finally told us they would honor our original payment made on Nov 17th. When we got to the room the smell was overwhelmingly musty and the strong scent like mold and mildew was evident. We immediately requested a room change which was done and this room smelt better. However, for our stay in the new room we had no water in the shower and had to bathe with bottle water and the water from the sink was extremely cold. We requested assistance from both the operator and a staff member re no water being in the shower for over 24hrs and we received no assistance despite them saying maintenance would assist immediately. The disregard and disrespect exhibited by this over priced hotel was disappointing. We also think the smell of mold could be dangerous for individuals staying there and also for workers who have to smell it day in and day out. Not only the room, but also the carpets in the hallways have this strong mold like scent in certain areas.

  I experienced total comfort in Comfort Suites Paradise Island.

  The Comfort Suites Staff on Paradise Island are truly professionals. From the check-in desk to house-keeping, they made my stay so special. Check-in and check-out was so easy and quick, no hassle at all. The house-keeping staff just took a delight in fulfilling any request that I had, and it is evident that much care and attention was given to the room; it was spotlessly clean with bedding and amenities are really of upscale quality. The dining and wait staff are some of the warmest people I have ever encountered in a hotel. The good food, oh the food is so good, I totally abandoned the diet I had started a few weeks before my stay, it was worth it. The food is authentic Bahamian food cooked to perfection. My sister and I took our "hats off" to Chefs Rashad and Nathan. From the conch fritters, to the conch chowder, the coconut johnny cake and the perfectly fried snapper, out of bounds chicken wings (so good) just to name a few, you get the picture why I had to abandon the earlier mentioned diet. I remember gracious servers, Theresa and Doneko (hope I spelled his name right), cannot forget them. The breakfast in the mornings, is just a smorgasbord of goodness, so much to choose from. I will celebrate my birthday there in December. Comfort Suites Paradise Island is a neat little jewel nestled in the center of Paradise Island with clean surroundings and well manicured grounds.   My experience as a local staying at Comfort Suits.

  Good day , I am a resident of Nassau, i found your residential rates to be an awesome price , so my son is off from school for mid-term break, and i decided to treat him and a friend of his to a one night stay to relax and to enjoy themselves . I must start with the First desk young lady that checked me in, she had a warm and inviting smile think her name starts with an "A" she's of slim built and has a short hair cut she was dynamic in welcoming me and the boys. The resort is well maintained and clean. You have a friendly and decent staff compliment. There is a good amount of space in the room. Love that the accommodations allow for the kids to enjoy amenities over at the Atlantis definitely a plus. Had a late lunch at the Splash Bar, Travis was our Bartender/server and he was very pleasant 10/10 . Returned later for dinner and met Hillwood, this gentleman was awesome. Drinks were really good and service was amazing he took the time to explain the taste of some of the drinks i had never heard about like the " banana dream boat" which was awesome 20/20 ratings in my book, that's how good he made us feel, his Aura and attention to detail with our drinks was enough to make me sit beyond dinner. Our beds were comfortable so slept well. Came down to Crusoe's for breakfast now this portion of the visit did not leave much to be desired and very disappointing. There were 2 servers who were quite rude and I initially thought they were having an off moment but the attitudes persisted throughout the entirety of breakfast. Outright rude statements, talking under the breath. They were not pleasant at all i meant AT ALL, they weren't even approachable . They had their name tags concealed with their aprons, but I asked another member of staff there names. I was given their names as Jewel and Natasha ,can i tell you their service and attitude I'm positive does not a line with your companies policy and goals, I was astonished how both ladies responded to the guest at breakfast this morning, many other guest complained under their breath while I was standing in line so I kept my eyes on them the entire service, in one instance a serving spoon fell on the floor " the lady with the glasses on said to the guest " so you ain't ga pick it up and sucked her teeth, and walked away" leaving the guest in utter disbelief. I myself then picked up the serving utensil off of the ground" by this time I was very annoyed and proceed to walk to the kitchen to give it to her she met me and give me another. This type of service should never be given to your guest even if they are tourist or locals. but I hope you take this matter seriously because this can and would affect the company as a whole with a bad review. This was ugly and disappointing.

  Comfort Suites twice in 5 months

  My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the comfort suites in June of 2025, for our 25 year anniversary! The mix of comfort suites and Atlantis was exactly perfect for us. The staff at comfort suites was absolutely fantastic in every way. So accommodating. Can’t wait to be back again in 16 days!

  Home away from.home an a time to relax an unwind

  Me n my partner in crime had an amazing, warm welcome time here, and we willl be back for sure, For sure. The set ups for this good vacation was Manger Sirya n Rashad from.food n bevarage who ensured we enjoyed our stay all ways , bartender Smithy were the drinks was drinkkkky....... house keeper Caffie such a sweet heart.....
