  2025 vacation with my Family and Friends

  We were there from Dec 9 to Dec 16. I general - good, especially we were with friends, so it was a lot of fun. The big minus for that price we bought - rooms, some of the rooms, especially bath required renovation. Some of utilities were not working Another minus - only one beach could be used by guests of this hotel Territory is very nice and diverse with a lot of greens, pathways and is a big Food was decent and diverse. The personnel was very polite and helpful. Karla, on the reception, helped me to resolve my few issues very quick, she was so nice and helpful There were few activates at nights, in different places. Hotel belongs to LifeStyle holidays and you can attend some activities outside of your hotel at another Lifestyle facilities - like pools, buffets, bars, party grounds, etc. Adding few photos about activities, as I did not find such in another posts -like basketball and futsal playground, paintball. They also have tennis and mini golf

  Good emotions

  Nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, good food, and a beautiful beach. Special thanks to Carla at the front desk — very friendly, professional, and helpful. She really made a difference during our stay.

  Not a very good place.

  We stayed there for 7 days. Was quite an interesting place. At first they were kind. But the room we stayed in had a big water bubble on our roof. We called 13 times through out the day and they told us they would send someone. They didn’t send anyone until we went up there and asked. Then we still continued to wait. Our first call was at 9am and then the 2nd at 2 ish. They didn’t show up until 4:45 pm. And they just popped the bubble and left the floor soaked and gross. Then we had to call guest services to tell them we needed a room change. We called and called. We got hung up on and so we finally went up and told them that we were told we had to change rooms. The lady got our cards but wouldn’t let us have them. We had to wait until a bell boy could help us. But the room was in the same building just up a floor. We waited until 7:30. To finally get into our new room. By that point we were starving and very annoyed with the service. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but at the different places we would go many of the workers were very rude. We went to the à la carte and the server we had was very disrespectful when we were asking questions. Overall our experience wasn’t the best. But we tried to have a good time. The resort was massive and we got lost the first couple of days. But then we managed to know our way around. Some of the pools were nice but others looked so gross and just destroyed. My parents stayed in a different room then I and they had people smoking in the room next to them. They also were so loud while they were trying to sleep at 2am. We definitely won’t be returning to this resort. Wasn’t a very good experience

  Great vacation, clean rooms, food was nice, specially in the a la carte restaurant. very nice staff. We will definitely come back!!!
