It was cool
I liked the experience and weather but had no hot water for shower and toilet kept breaking and steps were painful at cause I have a bad knee but over all the staff was great everywhere

We were greeted by Rueben R upon arrival who directed us to guest services to check in. After check in we meet Jose Luis who has been instrumental in our stay! He was very helpful with getting us to and from places all over the property! We then met Maria ( Confresi 203) who took care of all our housekeeping needs with love and care!! Our next experience was not as great, we needed sheets for couch bed and did not receive them until the next day despite calling multiple times until 10pm. Once we let Jose and Maria know the issue they got us taken care of immediately. The security guard Angel assisted us with directions and places to walk rather than waiting on the shuttle!! Things were closer than we realized!!! It seemed anytime we need to go somewhere Reuben or Jose were right there to take us! We also had an amazing tour with Raul and closing with Jr.. the Jeffry was great with our orientation! Neylany at checkout was great with assisting us with our questions about airport travel and closed out our experience. Beautiful flowers, views and the people named made the experience a 4 instead of 3 overall!! I was in 20331

I will start by saying, I ended up enjoying the resort. It started off a little rocky, but they turned it around. We had an issue the first night with getting blankets, etc. for the pullout bed, since we didn't end up in a room with double beds like we booked. The front desk continuously said they were bringing them, but hey never did. We didn't get those items until the next day when Maria arrived. We met our concierge and our housekeeper, both were Amazing. Shout out to Jose Luis and Maria. Jose Luis would pull up in the go cart out of the wilderness as if he knew we needed him. Haha. Maria (Confresi 31) made sure that we were well stocked even on her days off. So as the days went on, the experience became more enjoyable. There are pools around every corner, the v I p areas have cabanas to enjoy, and almost every restaurant we went to the food was thoroughly enticing & good. I had good services from Neylany in Cofresi reception. I was in 20331.

Best thing ever
The best experience ever, I loved this resort. Jeiny Lorenzo, neylany and sharlyn were the best, I liked so much, they have nice people working there. I was in 42210
