    5th Time at Coconut Bay

    As the title mentions, this is now our 5th stay at Coconut Bay. We love this place. The only update I need to make from my last review (which was our 3rd visit) is that the rooms on the Harmony side have been renovated, (and it appears that they are actively working on the Splash side) and they are beautiful. The bathrooms have all new fixtures, the shower is significantly bigger than previous, and the air conditioning unit is upgraded. The staff at this resort are awesome, and they all deserve a shout out. However, Starz at flip flops is so sweet and happy every day. She even remembered us from a previous visit! Thomas at the Harmony bar remembered what we were drinking and was always so friendly. This place is so wonderful, the food was delicious, staff is fantastic, and the room renovation is beautiful. My only complaint is that my trip is ending tomorrow and I have to go home! Thanks for a wonderful 5th stay Coconut Bay! We are looking forward to our 6th!

    Dinner Pass

    Came here on a dinner pass and from security to reception and the Italian restaurant was awesome. Special shout outs to liviana, Zara , Octavia , chard and shera. Thank you for the kind hospitality. Will definitely return

    One of my favorite resorts!

    If you thinking of visiting this resort...DO NOT hesitate! We have been to many resorts and this one is top tier for us. We stayed 5 days on Harmony side. The lounge chairs on our side were nice and cozy. We got out about 10am and also ways got our favorite spot with the ocean view. The rooms were updated and very nice, we had third floor which leads directly into the Veranda restaurant, which was great. The food at this resort is good, always options for everyone. We loved the Veranda restaurant and the wings at flip flops. The jerk shack was our go to for lunch. We also visited other side where the Hamburger joint is and they also make fish sandwiches, a beach bar and the cabana rentals. It would have been nice to rent cabana but we went in July and the seaweed was horrible. We didn't get to enjoy the beach at resort but they provide a shuttle bus that takes you to beautiful beach in about 20 minutes. They had security with us and a server that had the cooler with beer, and soda and water. We stayed about 2 hours. The entertainment was ok but nothing that kept us up til late at night. The biggest disappointment was Western Night. We had t-shirts made for the evening and when we arrived the set up was beautiful but the flies killed the vibe. They had flies all over the pork and instead of removing it the manager tells server to turn off the light. But the flies didn't end there, when we got back to table, they had small lanterns on table and you couldn't even put your plate down because the flies would be all over it. We had to leave due to this. Thankfully we made dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant, so we ate good. I hope they fix that issue because the layout of food and desserts were so good. All restaurants are great. Take advantage of massage specials. The resort is well spread out that even though it's a family resort we hardly had interactions with a bunch of kids. One of our best vacations! We have stayed at Beaches Turks and Caicos, El Dorado suites in Mexico, Sonesta adults only resort in St Marteen, and Hard Rock Punta Cana.

    Wont return to this island due to being stranded and additional 5 days . our flight home was cancelled due to Venezuela

    Excellent for families. Also an adult area only if u prefer. Clean, excellent food, extremely friendly staff. Wonderful Spa services

    Great place to chill

    Been there 5 times since 2021 and have never been disappointed. Very relaxing spot. Great dining and drinks. Convenient location on St. Lucia.
