This place is a gem
Another amazing stay at Coconut Bay! Our fifth time did not disappoint. The food and servers (Mary and Brad, Dre, Jedi, Erskin, Nick, Row, Shakina) and entertainment staff (Kamani, Kelsun, Mel B, Rikita, and Zee) were excellent.

We love coconut bay!
My husband and I got married at Coconut Bay and had a group of family and friends with us. It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! Our experience from the airport to, to the stay, to the wedding, and back to the airport, it was amazing! We were treated so well. I am always nervous about food at an all inclusive, but the food here is great! Best cheeseburgers ever at Flip Flops. If you're thinking about booking a trip to coconut bay, do it!!

Nice resort, rude staff, terrible customer service (possible scam?)
Very disappointed after leaving the resort. We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed the food, pool, kids club activities, delicious drinks and beautiful St. Lucian atmosphere. My family and I booked several excursions (which were quite pricey) and even splurged ln renting of the beach cabanas for a full day (also pricey, but worth it in my opinion). Before we left we were already planning our second visit :) we loved almost everything about the place. The resort was very nice, the service was definitely hit or miss. Some staff were absolutely incredible (especially the kids club staff!) but there were definitely some rude staff members too. We were very disappointed on the day we left, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth after leaving. On the day we left we decided to do some duty free shopping in the boutique. We had never purchased duty free outside of an airport before, so weren’t really sure of the protocol. The boutique store employee told my husband to ensure he packed all duty free items in his carry on bag and to keep the receipt in order to show the airport security staff. We thought that was strange, as we bought two big bottles of rum and some hot sauce and liquids are not allowed through airport security. But this was duty free and we provided all of our flight information to the employee— we assumed she knew best and did what she said. Of course, when we when we went through security they confiscated all of our liquids (about $60US). They airport security was kind and sympathetic… she even said “I don’t why they keep telling people to do this”. Although $60 it was just a drop in a very expensive bucket, we were disappointed and sad. I felt misled and honestly, scammed. I even wondered if the boutique employee has a friend at airport security who just got free rum and hot sauce. I called to try and remedy the situation with the hotel staff. I was kind and understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt (everyone makes mistakes and I totally get that). In return they were extremely accusatory rude and insulting. They accused me of lying, of not understanding what she said and basically just blaming it all on me (which is NOT what happened, I was READY to pack all my liquids in the checked luggage until she said something!). After spending almost $800US in additional excursions and reservations, I thought a small refund back to my credit card would have been no issue from guess services. But nope, they were all very rude and accusatory to me on the phone I’m so disappointed. I really loved my vacation until this happened. I don’t know now if we will return.

Beautiful
Highly recommend! Great food and drinks. What stood out the most was my husband had to go the ER which required us to be escorted by a security guard named Lecious. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as we had to wait at the hospital for a few hours He went out of his way to keep us calm during the stressful circumstance and made sure my husband was being taken care of at the ER When we returned to the hotel he even went out of his way to drop us off at the elevator which he then escorted us to make sure my husband made it on the elevator . I cant stress enough how wonderful he was and I hope the resort appreciates having someone like Lecious be part of their staff

Harmony evening meal
My 6th time here and can never tire of it Tonight tried the Harmony evening meal for the first time and wow what a lovely meal it was. I am coeliac and allergic to dairy and they catered perfectly for my needs so much so I had almost the same as my friends just with a couple if tweaks Our server Row was lovely, she explained every dish and assured me. I thanked her personally as she certainly deserved it
