Great family vacation at a beautiful island! Close to the airport and complimentary transfer to hotel. Hotel was very nice and I can’t say enough about the staff. Whether it was the front desk reception, bartenders, dining or cleaning services, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were clean, and the food was great. Although some of the rooms were under renovation, noise was not an issue. I also appreciated the staff doing a great job of constantly attempting to remove the sargassum seaweed from the beach. This cleared up and was not an issue the second half of our week there. Excursions were also well organized. Will definitely be returning to Coconut Bay and a special thanks to Claude, Dee and Deneza at the Harmony bar, Tyron at the Paradise Beach bar and Shakira and Dahlia at the front desk/concierge. All staff were great though.

Great family vacation!! Wonderful resort!
Absolutely nothing to complain about. The people at the resort are welcoming, kind and helpful. The food was great as well, better than any of the Sandals we've visited! We loved the pool, slides and resort in general. My girls spent their days in the main pool, slipping away at times to lounge in the lazy river and/or to ride down the sides. If you are a beach lover and expecting calm turquoise water, I encourage you to look elsewhere, as this resort is on the rough Atlantic side of the island. We did our research ahead of time and knew this was the case, so no worries there. The bartender at the beach bar is fabulous, so be sure you visit the beach to grab a drink and lounge in the overwater hammocks. If you are a family looking for a friendly, fun, authentic Caribbean resort. then look no further. We will be making a return visit in the future. Get out and explore this beautiful island as well. There are many affordable tour guides that offer private trips which I highly recommend!

This was our second time to Coconut Bay and cannot wait for third. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as special as they can. I love the newly remodeled rooms.

Hidden gem in nature’s paradise with secluded beach
We enjoyed every part of our stay — from our delicious dining , fun activities , sparkling pools , and Cocoland Kidz Club to the warmth and care of from your amazing team. A very special shoutout goes to: Our Trattoria team for their excellent service . The ladies at check-in who started your holiday with a smile. Jabari on the buggy for making moves around the resort smooth and fun. Zarah at reception for her helpfulness and kindness. Vazquez from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless and welcoming. From check-in to housekeeping to kids activities and break lunch and dinner, everything was excellent for us with no issues. The staff in hotel are amazing and felt that the hotel also took care of them for which they took care of their guests. The canbana hire on seashore was very unique and privacy in paradise. There was a lovely small farm to visit and outdoor games like tennis courts available. We loved everybit of the place. Thank you for great hospitality

Beautiful, family-friendly resort with great service and unforgettable memories!
We had such a beautiful and pleasant stay at this family resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home (including cold drinks and wet rags). The grounds are absolutely stunning—well-kept gardens, sparkling pools, and plenty of space for kids to play while adults relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families. The food options were delicious, with something to please everyone, and the activities kept our whole family entertained all day. What stood out most was the atmosphere—peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for creating lasting family memories. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back. Highly recommend for families looking for both relaxation and fun!
