One not to be missed
We stayed here for 2 weeks in Jan/Feb 2026 in the adults only section of the hotel. Our room had been refurbished recently and was excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Rose did a great job keeping the room clean and also left us little notes and brilliant towel sculptures each day. There are plenty of pools, including an adults only area with its own bar. There was never a shortage of sunbeds around any pool or on the beach. All the staff went out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable from beginning to end. The whole complex is clean and well-maintained. It is situated minutes from the airport. However, there are only a few flights each day, mostly late afternoon, so it is not intrusive and it was great to have a short journey to and from the airport. The food in the hotel was excellent throughout, offering a wide choice, good quality and great presentation. We mostly had breakfast and dinner in the main dining room. The staff there were attentive and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks must go to Seendy, Iesha and Narrel. We also had dinner in Calabash, where Jonathan looked after us very well, Silk, and the Terrace for breakfast. At lunchtime we enjoyed the main dining room, Jerk Treehouse, Flip Flops and particularly at the beach where Shern’s fish burgers should not be missed. However, the culinary highlight was definitely the meal we had in La Luna where Gina helped to make it a special evening. There are several bars available in the hotel and on the beach offering a great range of good quality drinks. Thanks must go to Godfrey and Thomas for their excellent service. The beach is long and beautiful with activities and instruction available at the Surf Shack. Seaweed could be a problem were it not for the work of a crew cleaning it constantly during the day. This work never intruded onto our beach activities or enjoyment. At the experience desk Maxwell provided great service and told us a lot about the island. We did two trips, the full-day Sea and Land and the half-day ziplining. Both were well-organised and very enjoyable. There is a wide range of activities available in the hotel. However, the hotel’s size means that if you don’t want to be disturbed by them there is always somewhere quiet to go to. We enjoyed several activities including the Caribbean and Country and Western nights, a reggae band, a silent disco, a chocolate buffet, Jedi’s informative rum tasting (twice!) and the charity duck race on the lazy river. This hotel offers great holidays for both adults and families. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great place with room to improve
Two wonderful relaxing weeks but could have been better. We were in Harmony, the room excellent, the maid Rose fantastic with great towel art that always gave us a smile. There were no children transgressing into the area at all. Airport noise rare and inconsequential, only on the circa 4 take offs a day. Food Absolutely superb, particularly in the three fine dining al a carte options, Italian, Silk, Calabash, plus a vegan if you want it. The service was exceptional in all. Quality, taste and options in all three were fantastic. We also had breakfast on the Veranda every day, with the excellent Evelyn & team, again outstanding, the mimosas started our day perfectly. Getting in to the fine dining restaurants is another matter. You have to book in the lobby and the person was not the most helpful. There are no restrictions on how often you can book into the al a carte restaurants or is there? Not available during the big events, which I will come to. We were told you could only book for three in a week plus the vegan, then if you wanted more you could just turn up and see if there was any space, poor. That is not what was sold on the websites or holiday companies. These al a Carte are also booked up by big groups so couples are put at a disadvantage. We looked at The Great House fine dining, but it was US$170 for two of us, La Luna US$159 for two, ridiculous amount when you are already all inclusive so we didn’t bother. On the food, lunchtime was Jerk Tree house, simple brilliant jerk chicken, rice and peas (peas is kidney beans there) and the passion fruit juice, best juice in the resort. Tuesday and Saturday are the big set piece events. Saturday is Caribbean night and Tuesday Hoe Down, Country and Western. Both outside so it’s buffet and you are virtually forced to go because they shut the al a carte and buffet restaurants down, well, we were told they were closed, yet one, the Italian was open but fully booked . Given we were there two weeks that’s 4 nights where we were forced to eat in one place. Thing is we are British, yes a minority of guests, but Country and Western is something we don’t all like, and I do not think being basically forced into it, is acceptable. In the UK we are continually told about Brits abroad, very small minority who are loud and cause issues. Well, when here we did experience issues with one loud inconsiderate American group of guests and in that group, one of them was a particularly rude, large, aggressive drunk American male who went into the women’s toilet near the rum bar, left the door open, ignored screams. He then came up when my wife and I were sat quietly on our own enjoying the evening on the balcony, sat down uninvited and openly aggressively propositioned my wife. We had to get up and leave, I told the only staff member around, the barman at the rum bar, pointed him out and explained he was causing trouble. So, high class hotel, but be prepared that whilst the vast vast majority of Non UK guests are great you may find an inconsiderate boorish one or group of Non UK guests letting the majority down. The hotel may wish to remind guests to be more considerate generally. Lastly, check out is 11am, we were leaving the hotel at 6pm for that late evening and long flight back to the UK, so we asked for late checkout and were denied it, not available fully booked, they let us keep the room until 12. We were told we could shower in the lobby toilets, utter farce. The mens had no aircon, so was about 30 plus degrees and the lock didn’t work. So in what is trying to be a five star hotel, you had old men trying to shower in what are frankly 1 star facilities. The women’s had aircon, but there was a queue of at least 4 or 5. We travel a lot, this is the first time in many years in this standard of hotel where we could not have late checkout. Two weeks in high standard to be packed off to the lobby toilets is very poor. All said there was a lot of very good things, the pools were really good, loved the swivel chairs and chairs in pool in Harmony. The beach bar is worth a visit or two. We would go back but hope the hotel improve the forced attendance at the two events and offer better all round food options on those evenings, improve restaurant booking, plus look at the late checkout situation.

Love this place
The resort was great, had something for everyone in our party and we enjoyed it all!! Loved the water park, lazy river, beach and all the different pools. Every restaurant food was great to include the service, there was tons of food to eat and plenty to drink at all the bars. Appreciated all the themed nighttime events as well. The jerk chicken stand was the best for lunch or snack! Every staff member was helpful and friendly. We are not really sure how a resort could offer more. Location was perfect, so close to the airport, rooms were clean, really liked the snacks and personalized notes each day. Never an issue with the noise, in fact enjoyed opening the balcony doors to hear the music. Should have booked a longer trip, came back home and had to shovel snow today :(

Perfect Hotel for our needs.
This was our 5th return to the resort, we've come with friends, family and an our own. We originally came for the kitesurfing and found the staff at the surf shack to be world class. Led by Linus, the team (Stan, Andre, Jeremy & Notis) are knowledgeable, helpful and a lot of fun - they are the real reason we keep coming back. The hotel is perfect for our needs; very close to the airport and some great attractions. It's well maintained and we've seen visible improvements every visit. The restaurants are high quality with very friendly staff, and the bar staff are always there to help with the menu of cocktails. Listening to Jedi talk about the history of rum is a joy too. The entertainment staff doing a great job and are very friendly. Wel'll be going back again!

Wheel of Fortune Prize
Beautiful resort that everything we needed. We had a party of 10 from couples to teens everyone had a great time. The restaurants were all fantastic with great food and service. The buffett's were phenominal with so much to eat. The beach and pool had plenty of chairs to sit at. No problems of people holding chairs they were not using. The service was excellent all around from top to bottom. Don't forget that the airport is only 5 mins away. We found the resort watching Wheel of Fortune and it was a prize on there. It's absolutely worth the value. Wish we could of stayed longer
