Just spent eight days at the resort. The staff was absolutely AMAZING. Loved Shekina in the buffet, Tora in the spa, and Darrick, Skeet and Denver in Calabash and Silk. My housekeeper, Peggy, went above abs beyond. Wonderful property that was made ten times better by the attentive staff. I am Gf and DF and each server and chef went out of their way to accommodate and make sure I didn’t miss any delicacy. The Pumpkin soup was heavenly and I even asked for the recipe. Also recommend the painting class with Eno for a unique experience and souvenir. Wonderful trip made even better by the people.

Great Resort!
I have been coming to this resort for the past 15 years with my family and friends. This is our home away from home. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist to make your stay a happy one. Miss Emily, her smile so warm and addressing me by my name makes me feel that she is really connected. I have to make a special mention of SHEKINA ! She is bubbly, fun and has a happy personality. Her laugh is contagious 😂 Great resort overall..

An amazing experience to our company’s 25th anniversary.
Our company recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with a business retreat at Coconut Bay Hotel, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed. Every aspect of the stay was exceptional with the service being outstanding, the food and drinks were top quality, and the activities were engaging and fun, it was the perfect balance between work and relaxation. Best Retreat Staycation🥂🙌🏼
From the moment I arrived at Coconut Bay, the service and hospitality were absolutely top-notch! Every single staff member went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cozy truly felt like home away from home. Breakfast time was definitely my favorite part of the day! Evelyn deserves a special mention, she was so bubbly, caring, and full of positive energy. She made sure we were always taken care of and never ran out of anything. Her warm personality really made each morning extra special. The food overall was a solid 10/10, and the entertainment was fantastic you guys truly delivered to the T! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience. Thank you, Coconut Bay, for making my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back! 🌺✨
