  Fantastic place to Relax

  Efficient and very well-run and, at the same time, relaxed and easygoing. Excellent amenities. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful place to relax. Superb beach.

  A Blissful Stay—Made Even Better by Thoughtful Service

  We had a wonderful stay at Bucuti & Tara on Eagle Beach. Our trip started with a minor hiccup—a maintenance issue with a sliding door in our room on day one—but were impressed at how it was handled after management found out that we were unhappy. Manager Dany personally sought us out the next day to acknowledge the inconvenience and apologize. His patience and professionalism instantly reset the tone of our trip and got us right back into vacation mode. From there, everything was perfect. The property is stunning and serene, with excellent wellness activities (yoga on the beach was a highlight). The on-site restaurant, Elements, is excellent and convenient. We ended up having 10 meals there during our weeklong stay, and every single one was spot-on. We consistently had great seats with lovely views, and the service team—Luis, Vincent, and Jose—kept the vacation vibes flowing with their humor and upbeat energy. The concierge was fantastic, too. They made arranging a scuba excursion effortless with quick, helpful communication. We ultimately decided not to leave the resort during the day (we were too relaxed!), but the process itself was smooth and appreciated. Beach amenities were top-tier—quality palapas, umbrellas, towels, and chairs—and having washers/dryers on site was a game-changer since we packed light. The location is ideal as well, with a casino, convenience store, and other restaurants within easy walking distance. And a special mention: my wife absolutely loved the evening tea service. If we had one suggestion, it would be about the smoking garden. It’s centrally located, and with Aruba’s steady winds, the smoke occasionally drifted through common areas. Relocating it or adding more buffers would make an already amazing experience truly flawless. Overall, a fantastic, restorative stay. We left relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we’ll return.

  #1 for Us for countless reasons

  There are so many reasons why Bucuti is the best of the best, the staff being at the top of that list. From the top down they just do it right. For us it will always be our home away for home and have set the standard of excellence. Masha Danki to the people that make Bucuti & Tara so wonderful.

  Underwhelmed

  I am truly shocked and frankly very disappointed after having high hopes from reading all the rave reviews. The resort rooms feel very dated, dirty cracked tile floor, no water/welcome drinks in mini fridge or turndown. In fact tonight, we came back to a heap of dirty towels because turndown never came. Air temperature cannot be cooled below threshold. Bathroom amenities are basic non-removal pump economy--no bar soap. I feel like I am in a Holiday Inn. The gym is nice and beach is pretty--chairs nice and comfy. Pool is tiny. We will not be back. This is an average resort at best in terms of room and amenities. Also very, very quiet during the day.

  Honeymoon trip

  The resort, the staff/service, the food, the atmosphere, the amenities, etc. was the best experience we’ve ever had. This will definitely be a place we frequent when visiting the island!
