Rooms were nice and clean. There is a light you could turn on that is for do not disturb. They have a secret box which is where they deliver room service food. The room service could be ordered through app and is served late night as well and they usually deliver food pretty quickly. You could order housekeeping and other services through app and you get notified once completed. The buffet was very good and you could eat all meals there and they also have a late night meal for when you are done with your night out. The à la carte restaurants don’t require reservations and the food was so amazing. The staff was great and very attentive. Servers regularly come up to you at pool and courtyard to take drink orders. You hardly ever have to wave them down because they check on you regularly. Both pools have swim up bars so it’s very convenient. One pool is more of a party pool and has a dj and cabanas you could rent or regular lounge chairs. The other pool is bigger and that is where they hold daytime events like sports/activities. The nighttime activities are great and were very entertaining. Then after the events you could go to the hotel nightclub which is also all inclusive and is open daily. The vibes with other tourists was very positive and there was no drama. I highly recommend. I was very impressed and they set the bar high. After this visit I was let down by the next hotel we went to in Cancun.

Couples relaxation retreat!
We had a great time at Breathless! It's a beautiful resort. The staff are very attentive. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean. The beaches are beautiful and well groomed and maintained. The pools are clean and have plenty of room so you aren't on top of everyone around you. There are plenty of food choices for whatever kind of food you are feeling like. The poolside and in room service are great and delicious. The bars make amazing drinks -- not watered down and plenty of top shelf liquors to choose from. Very relaxing and welcoming experience from start to finish. Loved our stay here!

Facilities and service were excellent. Rooms were very clean. The food however was not the best for a high star rated hotel. Was very greasy and not always fresh. House wines were not drinkable. Bar, bar service and alcohol selection were excellent.

Almost a perfect place to stay, but needs some work
Very good service (all of the staff are amazing!) and excellent food. The pools are beginning to look worn out and need a major facelift and repairs. Our room was excellent and well maintained with the exception that we had a strong mildew/sewer smell that was not resolved nor were we given any options. The mini bar in the room was not well maintained and only had a can of small chips (replaced once in a week) and a bag of M&M's that were never replaced. Also, the swim out room that we had was great, except the water was freezing, so we never did enjoy that feature as an option that we paid for.

Nicolas in the Picante restaurant was amazing! Would recommend Picante and Nicolas!
