I would rate Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa as a solid 4-star all-inclusive experience. The resort is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Cancún International Airport, making arrival and departure very easy. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with beautiful grounds and a lively atmosphere. The food selection is very good, offering a variety of restaurants that give guests plenty of options throughout their stay. One downside we noticed was the no-reservation dining policy. While it allows for flexibility, it can make getting into restaurants a bit difficult on busier nights, which sometimes meant waiting longer than expected. The pools are a highlight of the resort, featuring great entertainment and live DJs that create a fun, energetic vibe during the day. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for a social, upbeat all-inclusive with good dining and convenient access to the airport.

I have stayed at a breathless before and this was not the experience I expected. It started good but then the attention we expected to receive as an exhale member was not up to par. After the check in it was like we didn't even exist! The food was mediocre at best, and the Valentine's dinner was a DISASTER!!! I literally walked away and ate at the buffet. The food took 3 hours to get to us drinks took an hour and when we received the food it was raw!! Good way to ruin a valentine!! The hot tubs were not hot at all!! The best part was that I was put in a double swim up when I clearly wanted a king swim up. You can imagine how disappointed we were to be in separate beds on valentines. We chose breathless because of the outstanding service we received before. This was extremely disappointing

We had a great experience at breathless Riviera. The staff there was wonderful and all of the amenities were fantastic. You do need to reserve a chair at the pool by 8:15 or 830 or you’re not gonna get one. The food is good but not five star so go in with the right expectations as far as food at an all inclusive I would definitely visit Antonio at the Mexican restaurant in the bar.

Stay away from Unlimited Vacation club they will steal your money!!! We were informed that we would receive better discounts than provided by 3rd party sites such as Expedia or priceline. This information was false. We were informed that a program included in UVC called uExperience would pay 50/50 for concerts and attractions. This information was false. We were informed we would be provided free upgrades to beautiful luxury rooms. This information is not entirely correct as they upgrade you 1 level of what you purchased if available. We were informed we would receive "free nights" at resorts. What they failed to mention is that the good resorts use multiple nights for 1 night.We have been on 2 vacations since purchasing and have not found any benefit in this program. All pricing through UVC is much higher than booking through 3rd party sites. We have attempted to cancel due to deceptive sales tactics,charging us without clear authorization of services we are agreeing to, failure to disclose importan contract terms upfront.BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM UVC!!!

Great atmosphere and pool, food service could use some work
A great pool atmosphere and relaxing time. Although the food service is remarkably slow. We had breakfast at 8, however we didn't realize that the service would be so slow that this would be a roughly 2 hour long breakfast so we felt like we missed the entire morning. Additionally, the food was served in a disjointed manner so only half of the group ever had food at any one time.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
