    Beautiful!

    The resort is beautiful! Pillows are super comfy...beds a little firm. The food is great! Staff is so friendly and attentive. Sargassum season has the beaches a mess, but that's to be expected this time of year! The water is beautiful!

    See you next year, ONLY IF.....

    EMILIO was absolutely amazing. I gave 4 stars because I did not enjoy the buffet at breakfast and I also did not like the locations of the Xhale bars. You pay extra to get the Xhale service but there bars are not conveniently located at all so it is actually a deterrent. I ended up drinking the subpar liquor they had at the pool bars due to the locations of the Xhale bars. There was some outdated items in our room and I am hoping that it is updated before me and my guest come next year for my wedding. It will be approximately 100 of us. I love this resort and that is why we chose it for our wedding next year. Please make more updates before we come in June 2026

    Awesome experience

    Everything was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge was stocked with water, soda, and juice. The swim up bars were awesome and so was the many restaurants. The restaurants had a wide variety of foods to select from. They were all good. We had an amazing time.
