Nov 26, 2025Nice hotel, rubbish food and awful staff
A nice hotel but the staff don't give a sh1t. We were ignored at the bar as they were dealing with a large convention. At dinner we were segregated and had a poor choice of food. Leaving the bar to go to dinner, we were made to put our wine into different glasses as we couldn't take the ones we had into the restaurant. Never know such a shambles of a hotel. Avoid at all costs. They do not give a toss!

We stayed three days here with the touring company of CARAVAN. So it was their choice to put us here. I liked the small gym they have and the very nice pool. I'd like to mention a very nifty honey dispenser they have in their restaurant... Otherwise, pretty ordinary....

Still waiting for refund
Was charged twice. And never received my receipt folio. I called and emailed many times and now just feel like im being ignored.

I would not recommend this hotel
The hotel itself is nice Except my medication’s were stolen and when I try to report it to security and the front desk they were very dismissive no one care to investigate or even act like it was a problem all of a sudden no one knew English I would not recommend this hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful gardens. Great music at Bar El Bosque. And we loved the bufete. Rooms were impecable.
