Beautiful location, lots of activities. Difficult to reserve activities and restaurants though.

The only issue with this place is that you lose so much time trying to reserve a reasonable hour to eat your dinner at the restaurants. Who wants to eat at 9:45 pm or 5 pm!! Then you get there and the resto is empty, kind of indulting.

Like if a Super 8 and an old Sizzlers buffet had beachfront property.

Terrible food, spotty AC, poor service from bar tenders, smelly rooms, and unsafe grounds. We were therefore a five day stay with a group of 43 people everyone’s experience was very similar. Some people’s rooms had air and others. Their air-conditioning did not work. Some of us were able to make reservations at restaurants while others were forced to eat buffet for the entire time because the reservation slots were all full for the restaurants. This place was a complete racket from the time we got there till the time we left. I even ended up having to go to the hospital because I slipped on the tile floor and ended up kicking one of their walls on the way to the bathroom. They do very little to keep the place safe and secure. I ended up having to pay $3800 to go and get an x-ray of my foot and the hotel offered to do nothing about it because it was their fault that they did not mop off a wet area.

    Not much for gluten free

No hot water in the mornings for showers. Coffee not out until 7:00 and no one shows you where your room is they just point. Not as many gluten free options as I thought it would be

Disappointed with standard of food hygiene

We went as a family of 6 adults and 2 babies. Although the hotel is in a lovely setting with great beaches, there are some issues with the resort. The food in the buffet is not great. It is not kept hot and cooled well and as a result 4 of our family members had food poisoning which lasted 2 days. The rooms are all so humid that the bedding is always damp. There are no fans in the bathrooms. Despite saying that you cannot put towels on chairs if not using them, people still did and often did not even turn up. So it was hard finding shady chairs around the pool area. Booking the restaurants always took ages and often not many options. I feel the resort is too big to keep standards up.
