Only complaint was my kids slept in a couple days and we didn't get our room cleaned. Otherwise the food is excellent, the facility is clean and nicely landscaped.

Everything is too spread out.It's too far to walk from your room to eat to the beach. There was absolutely no entertainment during the day or at night. The only bar open was the lobby bar without leaving the grounds. Very disappointing.

Paradise at its finest!!
This is our second time at this resort and definitely not our last. Everything you want on vacation is right here at the Palace. From beautiful scenery to delicious food and drinks. Walking paths, weddings on the beach, a beautiful beach to swim in. Well maintained grounds, clear blue skies and full sun with cotton candy sunrises and sunsets.

Great time
We had a great experience at Buffet Mirador at the Palace Hotel thanks to Jorge Aparicio and Martalx Brito. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our meal. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall!

Enjoyable place
Really nice food, good service. Doesn’t matter what time of day you are in- it’s always something to eat or drink. Friendly staff. Clean beach.
