Highly recommend. Great pools, great beach! Lots to see and do including water park, mini golf, escape room. Endless places to eat and drink.

was an obvious negative basis from majority of the staff toward English speaking guests. Buffet was above average, sit down restaurants below average, grounds were gorgeous.

Food was horrible. No vegetarian options. We requested vegetarian option one of the restaurants and they served fish & ham though we had requested due to religious concerns. I won’t recommend this resort to my friends & family . We booked for premium they gave us junior room with no door for shower as we went as a family of 4 with 2 adult kids. There is no enough people to serve in premium office to accommodate our requests. We paid around 10000 bucks for 5 days but it’s all wasted.

Beautiful resort
This resort is very nice but it is very large. If you have mobility issues, this will be a challenge. We walked 5 miles every day. Walking to a restaurant or the beach is not just down the hall from your room. We have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts and cruises and felt if this one just added improved a few things we would have enjoyed it more. This is not a 5 star resort. It is 5 star by Punta Cana standards but not comparing to other resorts. Our room was the family suite which was nice. Having two bathrooms was perfect for our family. The food is average. You have to remember you are in another country so you have to accept the food will not be like home. If you have any food sensitivities this will also be a challenge. There is no gluten free, dairy free, signage at all. It would have been nice to have a snack bar at the pool. There is a bar but if you want food, you have to go inside to the buffet. If you do not speak Spanish, this will also be a challenge. Some staff speak English fairly well, others not so much. Take your Spanish classes before you come. The entertainment was average. I wish there would have been more and the only way to find out what the show is, is to walk down to the theatre to look at the sign. There is not an app or anything with activities. We found the food and service to mostly be fine. The staff were friendly. But we would order the same drink and get a different one almost every time. We would go to the same restaurant twice and get great service one time and the next time, no one waited on us. We thought the pool and the beach were beautiful! The grounds are very nice and it is kept up well. Would we return to this resort? Probably not but it's only because we are looking for other amenities to be included.

Do not offer all inclusive when you are a glorified stationary cruise ship. Buffets for everyone. Not being able to get a normal eating time is ridiculous. Kids do not want to eat at 10:30. Oh wait pay us more money and u might be able To get some food at 8:00pm
