Rooms are so disgusting they need to renovate them asap moisture all over the room and I changed twice the room all the same cleaning staff is not cleaning well always finding hairs and dirty pillows

So the atmosphere was great and the decor too but my experience with the food and the cleanliness was not as good. We also canceled an excursion that we booked. It still have not received the refund.

2nd time here, dining can be tougher for the specialty reservations, but overall really enjoy this resort, especially for kids
