Feb 23, 2026Beautiful beach and pool, some staff very helpful. Rest is very very mediocre
Pros: Amazing beach and pools. Rooms Some of the staff is so accommodating. Especially NEMIAS OVALLES. helped us find a restaurant reservation for 8 last minute when we had to extend the stay due to flight cancelation. Kyoto restaurant Cons: Rooms are far away and the numbering system is so complex for no reason. Took me a long time to learn where my room was. Ended up helping 2 couples for over an hour find their room. Security guard didnt k ow hwere they were. Signs are completely wrong. Food is absolutely terrible. I was with seven teenagers (18) who simply refused to eat at the buffet. Even the restaurants where u beg for a reservation, are mostly average or below. Check in/out very lengthy and inefficient. Some staff couldn't care less about you. Many employees dont speak a lick of English. Can't help you in need, cant talk about food sensitivities..... We will not be returning

Overall everything was very good, no real issues or complaints. Resort is very clean and safe. Food at the buffet is plentiful and varies from good to very good, only compliant is that the food could be warmer, also would love if there was a crepe station for breakfast at the buffet. Would be nice if they would play music during the day at the swim up bar.

Another Great Trip To The Dominican!!!
The weather was excellent. The resort was excellent. WIFI and TV was not that great but I was there to enjoy the climate and outdoor activities. More great food than imaginable and the drinks were awesome. Entire staff was always friendly and smiling.

Loved it... service speed is slow so you need to know that going in. Doesnt bother me, but others were unhappy with it. Mostly friendly staff, and they worked hard to keep it nice. My gripe was with fellow travelers who think leaving piles of trash on beach is ok when there are receptacles within eyesight. Throw your stuff into trash/recycling when you are done people.
