My day pass at Barceló was an amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived and enjoyed a beautiful lunch right on the beach, then spent time relaxing at the swim-up bar with great drinks. The beach itself was huge, with plenty of chairs and room. One of the highlights was the Zumba class on the beach. It was so much fun! Faviola and Jaime were incredible instructors; they led an amazing class and later recognized my friends and me and danced with us again. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options and a great atmosphere to end the day. Overall, the resort exceeded my expectations and was absolutely worth it. I would definitely come here again!

Great, services Jonathan baez because he is very diligent. We stay for more than 3 day I we enjoy each day that we had have here so they offer outstanding service. If we need to prefer again, we will chose again

The hotel is not what it used to be. It shows sign of aged, poor management, inconsistent customer service, à la carta restaurants reservation is almost impossible. A lot of personnel seems tired, few smiles. The only staff I would say save the hotel is MRs Miriam from Guest services, she is wonderful and team working at the beach private dinners. The Kioto restaurant staff are great as well. The rest I cannot recommend them. The Saona tour offered at the Hotel is not recommended, poor food, service and at the island you get a peddler every 2 minutes. At the hotel in different areas there is a bad smell, like a sewer.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this resort and our whole family loved it. Everything was great, but the hot tub on the balcony was definitely a highlight for us. The kids absolutely loved the water park and had an amazing time every day. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations and we would happily come back again.
