Our experience at Planet Hollywood was amazing the check in process was smooth and awesome if you arrive early before check in time they watch your baggage in the baggage area until your room is ready The Kids Club was very convenient the staff was amazing from Wendy, Cinthya Bere, Victor they made sure our kids had a great time and enjoyed their time there Our kids enjoyed the social gathering there with other kids and the entertainment that was provided by the staff they play movies,games, show them dances, and even plant trees ! Not to far from the playground was our favorite bartender in the kids club area Cesar and Damian they were amazing they made sure the adults enjoyed their time and provided top notch services to us and everyone who showed up ! The ultimate duo Mexican and Argentinian they were the best. Don’t hestitate to tip them and anyone for their ultimate services takes lots of singles $1 goes a long way in Mexico that helps ! The resort also makes sure to have your bathrooms attentive and up to par with cleanliness I’ve seen staff 24/7 cleaning the facilities they make sure the guess are well taken care off. Fuel Coffee: I was a little upset about the coffee place not having matcha tea we went various times and they never restocked on the products for various off flavors they had listed Gelato Ice Cream Stand. Was by far our favorite it was so delicious and organic in flavor you have to try the ice cream there you won’t be let down our favorite was coconut and banana split.

Karina from Planet Play was amazing and helpful, my son had a good time at the trampolin park. Thank you Karina Hilen from entertainment team was good, very nice with the children. Miguel what can i say the person that was the most alert for the safety of the kids and very helpful, professional. Cheers

Star Class for the win!
This trip was nothing short than amazing! Juan (Dr House) was our butler and he went above and beyond. He got us rice for our water logged phones and literally was at our service for anything we needed. He was AMAZING. The food at the resort was very good, the service at the restaurants were a little slow. But, it wasn’t a game changer. The pools were so fun and drinks were great! I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you have kids. We felt totally comfortable letting our kids roam the resort they are 13 and 11.

Great service Mexican Dining at La Cucina – Planet Hollywood Cancun 🇲🇽
We were a group of 13 women celebrating a milestone birthday, and La Cucina delivered a night filled with flavor and festive spirit. Special thanks to Jose, the manager, who made sure we were all seated together at one large table.. no small feat for a group our size! Our server, Antonio, truly went above and beyond. From finding a candle for the birthday girl to capturing group photos and patiently accommodating our ever changing minds, he made us feel so well taken care of. His kindness made the evening even more special. The appetizers were absolutely delicious.. packed with bold, authentic flavors, and the tacos were a table favorite. A few of the fish entrées missed the mark, but the overall experience, hospitality, and vibrant energy more than made up for it. Huge appreciation to Antonio and Jose for making our celebration memorable. A perfect place for a group dinner with great Mexican food, excellent service, and all the good vibes.
