Very average
Staff is amazing.. one of the most run down fours seasons I have ever been to. Staff goes out of there way to be amazing to everyone. Hotel is very very run down. Television is mostly in Spanish. Great for a family but definitely NOT a luxury resort.

Really good, just short of great
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Nevis for 4 nights in June of 2025. We are Americans who have visited many other Four Seasons properties. Overall, a great experience in Nevis. This is a really great property. I ranked the property 4/5 for two reasons. First, it lacks some grandness that you expect from a FS property. The buildings, grounds, and rooms are nice but not “woah” and the food is somewhat forgettable. It is a large property that is well maintained, but is missing the grandness that I have come to expect. This could easily be a Marriott property and, were it not for the excellent service quality, you wouldn’t know it. Second, it is just expensive. Yes, it’s a Four Seasons on a remote island and that means it’s going to be expensive, but it is ridiculously expensive. Every item has 31% markup for service and tax. Putting 31% on top of $22 cocktails and $55 breakfast buffets adds up quickly. Two people for breakfast is roughly $145. I should note that the prices at the FS and the 31% loading are roughly the same at the Park Hyatt. Overall, a wonderful property. Some notes: 1. There are three pools: a kid friendly pool, a general pool, and an adults-only pool. The general pool is forgettable - it is only 2 feet deep. The adults-only pool is excellent. It is deep and tends to not be crowded 2. We stayed in building 10 in a king, ocean facing room on the 2nd floor. This is on the far end of the property near the adult pool. The rooms are great and I have no real complaints. Would recommend staying on this end of the property. 3. The gym is under renovation. It is temporarily in a space near the kids pool that is way too small. When I visited, 5-6 people filled it up quickly. 4. We found the restaurant, bar food, and drinks fairly forgettable. Disappointing that menus don’t appear to change daily. Highly recommend the “killer bee” drink at Sunshines right off property. It will put you on your butt. 5. We paid for the airport transfer to the property. Highly recommend this approach. Approaching the hotel by boat has a White Lotus feel. 6. The service here is excellent. Like really excellent. We noted several times how the staff went above and beyond. 7. While we were at the property; there were multiple corporate events on property - very annoying! One night there was a loud party on the beach that made our room shake. 8. We didn’t do any excursions. We planned to make the mountain hike, but it was way too hot.

Truly an Elite experience!
This resort was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the second we arrived at the pier being greeted by the staff with hot towels and a welcome drink to the exceptional poolside service and Grade A breakfast buffet. It was the most incredible 3 nights. We had an entry level room which had a pool in front of it. The only really minor criticism I can offer is that the shower needs to be modernised and nicer, it's very basic. The staff are ALL incredibly friendly and professional - the standard was truly 5 star from every single person we encountered. No notes! Go! You won't regret it!

A Beautiful Stay Overshadowed by a Serious Incident
I want to start by acknowledging the wonderful staff at the resort. The housekeeping team, beach and pool staff, and especially Armanda and Shakira were incredibly kind and welcoming. The person overseeing the gym was also fantastic. The island is beyond beautiful—words can’t do justice to the landscape, especially the mountain views. However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious safety issue. A fellow guest became aggressive, vandalized property, shouted at others, and even threatened me directly. Hotel security was called and responded, but the handling of the situation left me deeply unsettled. After taking a report, security failed to provide meaningful assistance in reporting the matter to the police. I had to go to the station myself, at my own cost, with no support or follow-up from the hotel. The individual remained on the property in the days that followed, walking freely around the resort. That felt completely unacceptable for a place like the Four Seasons. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given access to my own report and felt like the issue was being hidden rather than addressed. It was frustrating and disheartening—especially given the expectations one naturally has of a Four Seasons experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and reaches out to me directly. I would have expected more support and a stronger commitment to guest safety. This trip had the potential to be perfect, but what happened still weighs heavily on me.

Nevis Keeps Getting Better!
Our 4th trip to Nevis, and somehow it just keeps getting better. The island is breathtaking—quiet beaches, postcard sunsets, and full of charm—but what truly sets the Four Seasons apart is the warmth of the people. Everyone treats you like family, and the service is flawless from start to finish. Special thanks to Nabriska and Azongiah, who take beachside hospitality to the next level, Marvella for the most relaxing spa experience, Matthew at EsQuilina for unforgettable meals, Nadine who made our kids feel right at home, and Phaedra and Kisean for handling every detail with care and ease. Nevis has become a place our family treasures, and we can't wait to return again.
