We had amazing two weeks in cancun royalton chic hotell.And our Butlers Marisol and Gilberto were absolutely amazing, they helped us many times. Nelson and Jesus were friendly and best waitresses and food was delicious. We did get very good memories. Thank you all. You are the best

Sandra and Omar went above and beyond to make our experience amazing, thank you for making our trip wonderful!! The staff all around were very welcoming and made the experience amazing. The resort was clean!! They also had some kind of entertainment throughout the day and night. Thank you to the staff and especially Christian Eber and Estephan at the swim up bar in the diamond club area!! This was definitely a pleasant stay!! We will be back 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great Staff, Awesome Time, Beautiful Location
I had an amazing time at the Royalton Chic Cancun resort! The resort was beautiful and they supplied tons of fun things to do. All the activities/parties we attended were top-notch. We upgraded to Diamond Club and had an ocean-view presidential suite and it was incredibly spacious. I fell in love with mixologist Luki! He is excellent at his craft and makes the best drinks. All of them were a pleasant surprise. Our group kept going back to him to have him make one of his signature drinks. He was incredibly funny and entertaining. Definitely find his bar cart and check him out. Level 18 had the best parties! Buy a bottle and pick your location. If you are looking to party, you will find it here. The food was decent, above par for an all-inclusive resort. I would not say it was Michelin star quality but better than average.

Amazing Hotel
We were travelling as a family of 6 had Diamond club for 14 nights. Diamond club gives you extra perks, butlers at your service, access to diamond club pool, rooftop bar and a breakfast bar, nightly turndown, premium drinks. We used Diamond club on occasions however spent most of our time at the standard pool, we had a blast with the entertainment team here, with Volleyball, party games all day everyday, and foam party twice a week. We had an amazing time. The hotel is fresh, modern and spotless, all the staff work extremely hard all day everyday. The food and drinks are sublime, Diamond Club have access to premium drinks (Gray goose, Don Julio, Belvedere etc, however the standard drinks are also premium for an AL hotel. (Smirnoff, Absolute, Captain Morgan, Skyr, etc) Cocktails are fabulous. They serve Heineken and Dos Xx on tap in the lobby bar as well as Coors light and Sol (cans) There is food galore, so many different places to eat. If you don’t feel like the buffet restaurant there is a grill bar and bbq at the pool, take away pizza and also a coffee and ice cream bar. Not to mention the 6 restaurants and our favourite the Sports bar. The had the best chicken wings ever. Fantastic selections of night time entertainment, including Shows, Mexican theme nights, karaoke and Dj into the early hours. Without the hardworking staff our holiday wouldn’t have been the same. We would like to say an extra special thank you to the staff who made our stay even better. Our Butlers who looked after us throughout our stay, helped booking our reservations and always checking in on us ensuring we have everything we need. Diamond is the way to go
Our butler, Gary, was fabulous. He was responsive to every request and in a very timely manner. Our view from our room was amazing. There was always something to do at the resort. Food was decent for an all inclusive. We really enjoyed the Diamond Lounge for the snacks and stronger drinks. Diamond was worth it.
