Last Night in Paradise 💞
My husband and I had a beautiful dinner at Bordeaux French inspired restaurant at the Dreams Resort. From the moment we were greeted by Manager Angel to being seated it was all very personable. Our server was Isaac and he was fantastic! Between he and Angel they gave us excellent service. The chef prepared a special selection for us and Angel prepared a fruit flambee tableside and Isaac did his own version of a flaming coffee tableside as well. From wine service, starters and main course we felt the service and attention to detail was incredible. We had the best dinner of our vacation tonight! Angel, Isaac and the rest of the team are a huge asset to the Dreams Resort! We loved every minute we were with them!!
Quarantine Self Care
Such an amazing experience this week at Dreams Los Cabos! We were the first guests after 3 months of being closed and they have treated us like super stars!!! The hotel manager came out to greet us and give us flowers! All these workers are such a blessing to the industry and we feel lucky to have shared in these first few days as they reopened. People that were particularly helpful to our check in were the UVC associates, Helios, Oscar and Fabi. They checked in on us everyday to make sure we knew about the day's events and that we had everything we needed. The Activities team, from Director Jesus Pique to his whole crew; Julio, Joyce, Natalia, Jose, Rolfi,Ivet and Jazmin. They filled our days with fun from football in the pool, to bingo and dancing! While at the pool everyday Luis and Elsa took care of all our needs. There was never a moment I didn't feel loved, they are so special! All the restaurant staff treated us well, knew our names, asked about allergies and so on. They made every effort to get to know us, from manager Omar, and staff Francisco, Angel, Martin, Irvin, JonPol, and hostesses for Seaside Grill, Portofino and Bordeaux. Preferred Lounge server was amazing too as were the two ladies in Coco Cafe. Apologies for those others who served us but who's names I don't remember. Although we never got the chance to meet them our housekeepers did a fabulous job, sanitizing our suite in preparation for our stay and the daily upkeep and turn down service was excellent. They anticipated our needs on a daily basis. No detail was forgotten and we felt completely normal and safe staying here at Dreams. Our health and well being is their top priority and they have taken strict measures to ensure we are safe and happy during our stay. We can't wait to return "home" to Dreams! Excellent family vacation experience
This was an after Christmas family holiday with my two daughters, son-in-law and three grandsons. The staff at Dreams Los Cabo’s made our vacation one to remember from start to finish. Our rooms immaculate, the food at all restaurants was wonderful, service of all staff members above average. I was so impressed as I would walk through the hallways day or night not a staff member from cleaning staff to maintenance or management would pass you without a friendly greeting. As we were an all age group I was also very impressed that we all got the same welcomed feeling from you all at Dreams. I have been late sending in this review as once we got home and settled after the holidays this terrible Covid-19 pandemic has hit us all. I know your hotel is currently closed due to the pandemic but I wanted to extend my thoughts and prayers to all the wonderful staff and their families and hope you are all safe. I would like to mention several special people by name that helped make our trip so special, Mauricio and Daniel from Seaside, Luis from the pool staff and Juan at the World Cafe that started my Grandsons off with their first shooters (virgin of course). LOL! I could go on and on about all the restaurants and special moments we had. Please if you have the chance visit this resort and support the community that will need a lot of help getting back on their feet again. Thank-you so much for my families special memories, wishing you all health and happiness until we meet again.
I stayed at Dreams Los Cabos with 14 family members in mid March. The facility was very nice. The staff was always friendly. This was especially important since we were there at the beginning off the Covid-19 pandemic. During our departure process, which was a little stressful, one of the employees Cecilia (I hope I am spelling this correctly) went above and beyond to help us get our arrangements in order. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
Overall property and staff were amazing! We had some standouts that took the trip to the next level. World Cafe, private dinner overlooking the ocean was a meal to remember. Thank you to Martin Flores, Lucas Fernanda, and Chef Alexis Jostner. We would love to return soon!
