FAMILY VACATION 2025
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, HOSPITALITY, SERVICE AND AMMENITIES. THE CLEANLINESS OF OUR ROOM AND ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND POOL AND BEACH AREAS WAS JUST AS GREAT. OUR SERVER FOR OUR LAST BREAKFAST HORACIIO JAZMIN WAS FANTASTIC. COURTES AND KIND

Amazing Staff!!!
We had the most amazing experience!!! The staff were phenomenal!!! I’m going to show out a few Henry Sosa, Geouoni,Orlando, Jazmin, Eladoo, and Magui were all absolutely amazing. I do not want to leave it was truly such an amazing time here and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience at the Fiesta Americana All Inclusive Hotel. It was clean, the food from the buffet was great as well as the tacos from the Taqueria and all the snacks/food at the pool. It was a great surprise to find great food at an all inclusive. The best part was the staff, they are friendly and caring. Specifically Heraclio and Reyes from the buffet. They are awesome and made our days at the hotel even better. The hotel isn’t big which was really helpful when you travel with kids. The entertainment at the pool is great but I think they can have more night entertainment/shows with a chance to dance. The sargassum is bad, we couldn’t enjoy the beach. We understand the hotel is not responsible for that, but they might do a better job cleaning it.
