    Fabulous dinner at MB

    Chef Willam created a special dinner for us last night, including his world famous habanero cream soup. Each course was presented by Chef Willam and Rodolfo with impeccable presentation. From the 1st course through dessert, it was a culinary delight, so beautiful and artfully crafted, and each item so delicious. Everyone in our party (7 of us), agreed it was the best meal we have ever eaten. The service and attention to detail was outstanding, and we were made to feel like royalty. It was truly a magical experience, and one we will never forget. Thank you to Chef Willam, Rodolfo, the manager of MB, and all the wonderful servers who helped to make our evening such an incredible experience. P.S. I was so enchanted with the entire experience, that I never even took any photos of the food! My apologies!!

    Great service

    Enrique at Azur gave exceptional service! He was very attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He went above and beyond to make our dinner exceptional. Aminael at the poolside service was also the best!

    Perfect Vacation

    My wife and I stayed at Live Aqua for 6 days. It was the best vacation I've ever had in Cancun. When we arrived at the hotel, we were escorted to the Aqua Club by a friendly staff who introduced us to Alex the butler. He was very professional and took care of our requests for restaurant, Cabana reservations, and other details. Even on his days off, he cared about us and contacted us on WhatsApp. The room was Tierra Suite, kept clean and very comfortable with a great view, it was the best hotel room we've stayed in Cancun in the past. We chose a cabana where you can see the amazing blue water and the breeze from the sea is very pleasant. Edouard was very cheerful and he made sure we were comfortable at Cabana. Marco, a waiter at Cabana, was a very hard worker and always checking in to see if we needed anything else. He always responded with a smile. Sonia's foot massage was the best, and we became fans and requested it two days in a row. We also used the gym every day and were very impressed by how carefully the staff wiped down and cleaned each machine. The food in the restaurant is very good and MB is our favorite for dinner. I enjoyed drinking freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast buffet. There is one complaint, it would be that when we returned to our room from the pool on the evening of the third day, the room had been cleaned, but there were no bath towels in the room, and we had to wait an hour for them to be brought to us. We had a reservation for dinner at 9:00 p.m. that day, so we were able to take a shower in time, but we would like to have a quicker response. On the day of check-out, our butler Alex came to see us off early in the morning at the lobby and we were deeply impressed by his high level of customer service skills right to the end. We will definitely stay at Live Aqua again because of the excellent service that Alex and the rest of the staff can provide.

    We had our wedding at Live Aqua one year ago. We were supposed to get married elsewhere but a month prior to our wedding the original resort had a fire. Our wedding planner immediately reached out to Live Aqua Cancun. They bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way possible. We went from complete terror that we would have to cancel to total excitement over our new venue. Christy Mañana, their onsite coordinator made sure to plan and coordinate everything including helping us with budget concerns with their vendors. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding were perfect! We didn't have to worry about anything. It was flawless. We have been back twice since (3 visits in 11 months) and have planned our fourth in August. The resort offers personal service that we have never experienced previously. On our first visit we met people that had been there over and over and my husband commented that is something he would never do. Well that clearly ended up not being a statement of fact. We have gotten to know the staff and are greeted with hugs by everyone from the fabulous and welcoming Alfredo Santamaria, the GM who sets the tone for the entire resort, Eliud Santibañez Operations Manger, to Christy Mañana our Wedding Coordinator and now very, very dear friend who we love and adore, the hostesses Monserrat, Karen, Ana and Angelica that greet us like family every time we see them and have our dessert plates decorated for special occasions, our morning waiter José, the cabana staff Flavio and Edouard who know our cabana preferences and take excellent care of us (to name just a few), Aqua club staff Daniel and Guillermo who are always so warm and full of hugs and excellent service, foot masseuse at the pool Karina, pool wait staff Miguel, John, David and Monique who always make sure you have constant cold drinks, manager at MB, Rudolfo who hosted our rehearsal dinner and treats us with warmth and as very special guests upon each return visit, the head Chef at MB, Chef Wilian who accommodates us with special dinners and hugs (as well as Chef Angel), waiter Julio at MB, Morelia AquaLovers Coordinator who is extremely welcoming and accommodating, Ashley Customer Relations and of course our phenomenal Butlers who we request upon each visit and know us and do everything in their power to meet our every need each and every day of our visits, Ruddy and Luis, who we absolutely adore.. I am sure I am leaving out others but you get the point, this has truly become our home away from home and the staff there has become like family. We travel quite extensively and have never experienced anything close to this. The attitude, care and level of service you experience here is incomparable. The resort is immaculate, the rooms are spacious with fabulous views, excellent, comfortable beds and linen with upscale toiletries. The outdoor pool areas and the beach don't have your typical downtown hotel zone feel. There is foliage and palms trees that make you forget that you are in the hotel zone. The restaurants have food that is 5 star and is plated beautifully. They take pride in the quality and presentation of all of their food and are more than willing to meet any dietary needs and restrictions you may have. They are never short staffed! The bar service at the pool is impeccable! Never a wait for cocktails. We can't say enough positive things about Live Aqua Cancun and look forward to years and years of repeat visits!! We have never had one negative experience of any kind at this stellar all-inclusive just minutes from the airport.

    Another amazing trip

    Always a great experience at Live Aqua! Cannot say enough for Omar at the Aka Bar, the best service and the best drinks, Omar is amazing. Was here for a week and cannot beat the facilities and a little piece of paradise. This is one of my favorite places in Cancun.
