Love looovee this resort! They have nighlty entertainment! The shows are fun to watch and the food is really good! Lalo and Marco, from the pool area, were the best! They helped with our cabana and the drink service was amazing! We had the best time and all the service was lovely! Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing experience at Live Aqua
Our stay at Live Aqua Cancún was truly exceptional — not just because of the beautiful resort and delicious food, but because of the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our experience special. At the restaurant Siete, Marco took amazing care of us. He surprised us with a freshly made jar of Jamaica juice that was absolutely delicious — such a thoughtful and personal touch. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef César Germain, who personally introduced himself and made us feel incredibly welcome. His passion for food shines through in every dish — everything we tried was flavorful, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. A special shout-out to Manuel, one of the bartenders, who made our anniversary even more memorable. He surprised us with a custom pineapple drink complete with festive decorations — it was creative, fun, and so appreciated. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality at Live Aqua are unmatched. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT 10 RESORT
This resort is a perfect 10! From the moment we arrived and to our last evening, the staff took excellent care of us. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We were there 5 nights & didn't have enough time to try all the places. The Hidden Garden was magical for supper, great photo ops as well. MB was stunning! Our waiter Carlos was perfect, we went back a second time for our last dinner and he remember us by name and drink order! He made my daughter a special send off dessert, which was the sweetest. We also loved Ivan who played the piano while we dined. I can't say enough great things about the outside grill options that were offered at lunchtime every day. The breakfast buffet had so many options every morning and the Bloody Mary's were perfect. As always the wait staff were so helpful. A special shout out to all of the bartenders as well. They can whip up any drink and they all taste so good. We hung out at the beach most days and the towel service staff was always helpful in getting our beach beds and chair set up for us. We decided to hang out by the pool on our last full day and it was a perfect way to end our trip. Caesar our waiter was wonderful to us, always making sure we were in the shade and making sure we had plenty of water in between ours drinks. The star of the week for me and my daughter was Ricky. He was in charge of the entertainment every day. He made it a point to talk to every guest and make sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was Pool Bingo, trivia night, introducing the music guest, or the circus show or being a Rock Star DJ, he made it so much fun. Memories were made that will last a lifetime. I will be booking this all inclusive again. The only one downside and no fault to the resort is we had red flags the whole trip. The waves were really intense so we didn't get in the water, BUT it made for amazing sounds while relaxing on the beach.

Love love love Live Aqua!!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
My husband and I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive resorts all throughout Mexico and this is hands down our favorite resort. They’re so personable literally remembering guests by name. They checked us in early, made us our favorite drinks, and always asked for what we wanted to drink/eat. Cleanliness like no other in the pool, room, amenities and all over. We did yoga in the morning and beach activities in the afternoon. You’ll never get bored at this place. Best shrimp tacos EVER at the seaside bar and best smoothies made by Marcko aka the Smoothie King. Love Live Aqua, will definitely be back!
