Nothing short of incredible!
I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Beach House a year ago this week. From check in to check out, we were treated like family. The hospitality and friendliness we received from every single staff member really made the week exceptional. It doesn't' hurt that the grounds and rooms are memorizing, and the food could be 5 star Michelin rated.. There are 2 other sister resorts but we didn't feel the need to leave. This place is boujee but in the most humble & sweet way. I mean come on, VEUVE ON TAP??!! It was the first time I cried leaving a vacation, if that means anything at all! There are so many other amazing things I could say about the Beach House, but then I might start crying again and my mascara will start to run. Thank you for the most incredible vacation! We cannot wait to return!!!! :) With Love, Serena & the birthday boy, AKA Mr. 305!
Beach House Resort Grace Bay Caution!
On or about 12/17 2019 I made a reservation for an 8 night vacation for my wife and I at the Beach House Resort on Grace Bay for August 22-29, 2020. I made by credit card a deposit of $200 for the reservation and included an additional $201.28 to insure the trip. The company handling the reservation and transaction was Ultimate Resort Vacations at 218 lower bight rd , Providenciales TC. In May of 2020, SouthWest Airlines cancelled our flights to Provo and advised they would not be flying there for the rest of 2020 and that fact was clearly stated on their web site. I immediately contacted Ultimate Resorts Vacations and cancelled the reservation because of the uncertainty caused by Covid-19. I was advised the refund "might take up to 30 days" due to the high # of cancellations. I was also advised while I paid URV for the deposit and insurance--the insurance Co is a separate company and I would have to contact them concerning a refund. I did and have received a refund for the insurance. Almost 2 months have passed and I still have not received a refund in spite of having called several times. In addition the people answering the phones are pleasant but in my opinion clueless about refunds. It is obvious their job is to take new reservations. Fortunately, the deposit is $200 and not $2000. This company also runs or books for 3 other ULTIMATE Resorts : Ambergis Cay, Alexandra Resort, Blue Haven Resort. If you are considering, I would beware and keep your deposit to a minimum as I can tell you it is impossible to contact anyone in authority or management. This is an upscale resort and the prices confirm that. Hard to understand why they would resort to this kind of activity. Below we are required to include travel dates--sadly we did not travel-we got scammed of $200
Can’t wait to go back!
I can’t say enough about the staff, cuisine, and delightful sweet. We can’t wait to go back. This is a very small boutique resort. Literally steps from our beautiful sweet to the reserved cabana on the beach every morning. The service is very personal, accommodations very clean and charming. Like staying in a friends Beachhouse with amazing service. If you are someone who needs a different restaurant every night, this is not for you. There was a wedding party, a small one, while we were there. I was very impressed by the wedding planners and the event.
This small 21 room hotel delivers a powerful dose of grace, charm, friendliness, warmth, care, humor and fun. I LOVE this place. Seldom do I ever want to return to a place- think "been there done that." But this was more like the most wonderful happy place ever. If you are comfortable with small, restful, but delightful places where the service is outstanding, most rooms have extraordinary views, the staff is exceptional, food is fabulous and we loved it. The only recommendation: get a better wine list. The wine needs to be as exceptional as the place! Cannot wait to go back.
Perfect 20th Anniversary Trip
We escaped to The Beach House Turks & Caicos to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! Our room was spectacular with panoramic views of the most beautiful blue water I've ever seen. The spacious balcony featured a day bed to relax, read and let the waves lull us to sleep. We immediately settled into "island time". Staying at The Beach House is almost like being on a private beach -- after walking to the busier end of the bay we were grateful to return to the serenity of The Beach House. What makes The Beach House above and beyond however are the friendly dedicated staff. Shout out to Randall and Sammy who kept the rum punch flowing and gave us snorkeling tips. Being able to snorkel right in front of the hotel was amazing -- sea turtles, beautiful fish and the odd nurse shark. We soon settled into the most indulgent daily routine -- beach, snorkel, beach, champagne bar REPEAT. On the day of our departure we left with sadness only to find ourselves at the airport facing a 12 hour delay due to mechanical issues. The Beach House welcomed us back with open arms to wait out our delay and enjoy one last delicious meal at Kitchen 218. It was a magical stay and we hope to return sooner rather than later!
