Overall it was a good trip. Great environment and friendly staff. Some things were misleading however. Buffet restaurant is shared between adult only and family friendly sides. So even if your intention is to not be around kids, it is unavoidable. Specialty restaurants are hard to get into. Space is super limited which was disappointing. There are two gyms available. One on Hideaway side (which has limited equipment and space) and a slightly larger one on the Blue Waters side (which has better equipment and space) but takes us 5-10 mins to walk over to. Jerk hut is always out of chicken or sides and quality varies. The taste is inconsistent. Highlights of our stay: Housekeepers Anna and Dawn were both fantastic and made us feel special with the romantic decorations on our bed and their overall friendliness. Jerome and Whitney from the Royalton fit team were super friendly and encouraging during my workout times. Lastly, my therapist at the Royal Spa Melonie was so amazing. She is a miracle worker. She did wonders on my body.

Beautiful resort, very courteous staff and delightful menu options in all restaurants. Travis at the Gym was phenomenal. I can’t wait to return next year

I Had A Blast.
The p place is amazing. The room was gorgeous. The food though was not to my liking as a Jamaica. However, I would definitely come back. Big up Travis from the gym.

Resort was really nice, some of the rooms need updating but overall it was a great vacation. Very friendly & attentive staff. Upon arrival our initial room wasn’t up to par at all, I spoke to the front desk & they did apologize & move us the next morning.because there was no availability that day. Do book a pool or oven view room or you’ll be on your balcony looking at a bunch of generators & loading docks.

My initial room was not what I paid for; then they moved me room 521. The ceiling begin to have water coming down by dripping on my suitcase, in results soaking some of my clothing. and not to mention the gnats😩 Positive - housekeeper, Awesome!
