    Don’t be fooled by the Nickelodeon brand. This resort had bad service, unsafe areas and an unusable beach.

    We’ve stayed at over 15 all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far the worst value—especially at $2,000 USD per person. Expectations were high because of the price and the Nickelodeon brand, but we left disappointed. Reception rarely answers calls – only 1 out of every 4 attempts connected. Room service unreliable – especially if you don’t speak fluent Spanish. Basic requests like ice took 45–60 minutes, even when it was for an injury. Room issues: 1) Toilet stopped working for a full night. 2) Water pressure dropped significantly. 3) TV wasn’t working upon arrival. Staff didn’t seem to care – even after voicing our dissatisfaction, no effort was made to improve anything. No service at the pool – not once were we offered food or drinks during our 7-day stay. Restaurants hard to access – even at low occupancy: The app used to book meals constantly failed with error messages. Buffet far too small for the size of the resort - Mornings were stressful – long lines for breakfast with kids every day. Slippery and unsafe flooring near the water park: Floor is made of smooth painted concrete—extremely slippery when wet. No textured surface to prevent falls. I slipped and broke my toe. Even then, ice took nearly an hour to arrive. Beach was unusable: Completely covered in seaweed. Bulldozers just pushed it into a corner, making the smell worse. Wi-Fi is slow and spotty – barely functional throughout the resort. Don’t be fooled by the Nickelodeon name. This resort is overpriced, understaffed, and unsafe in key areas. We won’t be returning—and we strongly recommend you stay elsewhere if you're looking for quality, care, or safety.

    Amazing

    Leonardo, , Francisco and Alexis were the best! They made us and the kids feel truly at home. They took care of us the whole time. They made the kids truly not want to leave the resort. Although we have been to many resorts this staff truly went above and beyond our expectations. They made my birthday trip one to remember.

    So amazing, love this hotel

    This hotel is amazing! The food was brilliant such a great variety. They did a kids section at the buffet which was useful. The pool and kids club were brilliant. Fatima on reception was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is right on the Nickelodeon theme park which was great. Character breakfast is the hotel is a must, so many happy memories made! Thank you 5 star 🌟 we will be back.
