Beautiful Resort but...
I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my time at the VIP pool area. I was singled out by an employee named Christian for having an insulated cup, even though nearly everyone else had similar types of cups. For some reason, our group was the only one approached, and Christian came across as accusatory, loud, and frankly rude. His tone and behavior were completely uncalled for and made me feel embarrassed and targeted in front of other guests. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I brought the issue to the front desk, expecting some kind of acknowledgment or resolution. Unfortunately, nothing was done, no follow-up, no apology, nothing. It left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter at all. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially at a hotel that claims to offer a VIP experience. Based on how this situation was handled (or rather, not handled), I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. No guest should have to feel disrespected or ignored like this.

Awful vacation
They try to scam you out of $20 upon arrival at the airport for all of these excursions. Don’t fall for the lies! You are signing up for their timeshare sales pitch…and you haven’t even stepped foot on their property. There’s a reason why they do that, because you won’t ever want to return to this awful place.

Exceptional Experience
Our trip has been absolutely phenomenal! The service is outstanding and like none other. We, of course, had our favorite staff throughout the day. For breakfast, it was Luis Loaiza! He was so attentive and made sure we were always well taken care of! We are a large family, so we didn’t always fit at one large table. Luis would make sure to set another one aside for us so we could all be close together. For the pool, Jorge made sure to take excellent care of us and made sure our cups were never dry. He definitely kept the drinks flowing. He would have snacks readily available for the kids as well! This has been a trip we will never forget, and these gentlemen added to the wonderful experience!!

Great time
Visited here on a family trip. Food was excellent. Service was magnificent and we had a great time. Waiters were very attentive. Special thanks to Luis Loaiza who provided us excellent service during our breakfast time. He always made sure that we were taken care of even if we didn't get seated in his area.

Wonderful service at El Cid
Our experience at La Concha restaurant at El Cid was made exceptional thanks to our amazing server, Luis Loaiza, despite our large group of 16, he and his partners were incredibly attentive, organized, and patient throughout the entire meal. Every request was met with a smile, and no detail was overlooked. Our drinks were always full, orders were accurate, and the timing of each course was perfect. The server managed the group with ease and professionalism, making everyone feel cared for and welcome. Their friendly attitude and outstanding service truly elevated our dining experience. We’re so grateful and highly recommend their service!.
