Sanyel our ambassador was fantastic! He checked in with us each day, helped us book excursion, dinner and other small things that made a big difference in our visit. He spoke very good English and I would recommend asking for him especially if you are not fluent in Spanish. The hostess at the large buffet restaurant was also incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was lovely. I ended up getting ill from the Water on this visit and she helped us get a doctor to my room to assess my situation. Thank you, especially to both of them for making our visit excellent! I will definitely be coming back here!

This was my third trip to this resort and wow have things deteriorated. The reception desk was poor at both check in and out. The food was always cold and the liquor used in the drinks were of poor quality.

Our stay was very fun and the drinks and food were amazing. The resort was beautiful and lots to do. We were assigned Sanyel to assist us during our stay and he was very helpful.
