Hotel staff did not inform us that most restaurants were buffet. First night we were there no one brought us drinks or told us to go inside for the buffet. We spoke Spanish so it wasn’t a language barrier. Staff when giving us a ride almost took off and I wasn’t even off the cart. The room bathroom didn’t flush. I informed the butler and butler took care of that but not the smell of the room . The bathroom had a bad odor coming out and she said if they can’t fix it we will move you and they didn’t . No one came to refill the bar fridge . I had to call 6x and still no Service . Waited over 6 hours. They finally came I asked them to come every day and they didn’t. Hotel personal did not accommodate all our needs. It was not a great experience

first time in Punta Cana! we loved it! Diahana was very attentive to us during our whole stay for our service the beach and pool area. Marggie was our butler and she was always making sure we were happy during our stay. only thing was wait times at restaurants. once you order, appetizers were fast and then you wait a while before your main meal comes out. There are buffets with foods you can eat, but then you are worried about filling up before your meal. other than that, pretty good visit

Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, the waters were beautiful and the service was top notch! Our butler Meldy was truly amazing! He really helped bring our experience to the next level, and we couldn't be more appreciative!

Birthday Vibes
Great Stay from start to finish. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Ground are well kept. Food is great and bars are well stocked. Will be back soon!
