Casual Dining Plan:
Dining Plans include daily full American or Continental Breakfast, lunch, and a 2-course dinner at participating Atlantis dining venues. (The 2-course dinner includes an entrée and a choice of appetizer or soup or salad, or dessert).
Dining Plan begins with dinner on the night of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. One meal per meal period – no progressive dining allowed.
All guests in a room on a dining plan must dine together, at the same time and at the same restaurant.
• To ensure a seamless check-out experience, guests must request separate checks when dining with guests from other rooms.
• For accounting purposes, guests are required to sign checks for each meal; the cost of plan inclusions will not appear on the guest room folio.
• Dinner reservations may be required for some participating restaurants and is subject to availability.
• Dining plans do not include specialty or kosher meals and surcharges may apply to some menu items. Also, at certain restaurants, menu restrictions may apply.
• The value of unused meals is non-refundable, may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants or in conjunction with room service orders.
• Dining Plan includes drip coffee, tea, iced tea, lemonade, fountain soda, fruit punch, and juices (canned soda where applicable). It does not include alcoholic beverages, sports drinks, bottled water, and bottled beverages, which will be billed separately.
• Complimentary beverage only included while dining at participating restaurants.
• Parties of 12 guests or more will be required to choose from an abbreviated fixed menu. Table sizes and configurations will be based on availability and cannot be confirmed.
• Participating restaurants, hours of operations, and working days are subject to change without notice.
• Guest may dine at non-participating restaurants or In-Room Dining at full cost.
• Dining plan and terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the resort.

    Wonderful Clean Spacious Units, Super Friendly Helpful Staff

    Simply the best. Have stayed at every property at Atlantis. Harborside wins every time. The staff are amazing everyone without exception is friendly, polite and helpful and genuinely please to see you. They are a credit to the resort. Its lovely to have the space of an apartment and a balcony. Not that we do any cooking but to have a kitchen and washer dryer is very useful. Everywhere is super clean both inside the apartments and the grounds are meticulously kept and maintained. The pool is well kept and heated and never a scrum for sun loungers ( please keep that last bit a secret). So many staff to mention with many thanks for all they do to enhance our stays, Shan, Blanche, Marva, Abigail, Devon, Tam, Ray, Chelston, Vandero, Delandro, Georgette, all the front desk staff.

    Harborside has greatly improved the Point restaurant and pool facilities - excellent. Rooms painted w/ new furniture.

    Noticed an improvement at Harborside Resort - Pool and Point restaurant were awesome. Room furniture was much better albeit bathrooms / kitchen need renovation.

    Great NEW rooms

    All rooms renovated!! All new furniture and flooring. All new patio furniture. Comfortable new sofa and sleeper bed. Lots of new cable channel choices

    Older property that needs renovation

    Our stay at this property was less than. stellar. We arrived at the property at 3:30 and it took 30 minutes to check in and once we checked in the room was not ready. We waited another 45 minutes for a room in building 6 and the room smelled musty, the air conditioner unit was not properly working. It was hot and sticky in the room and it was not properly cleaned. We moved to building 4 and the room was a little better but the room definitely needs updating. There was rust around the shower door and the carpet was frayed. We also noticed lime build up around the bathroom facets. The front office service was good and you could tell they are doing the best they can with limited resources. The workout facility was small and didn't have mats or sanitizing and water stations. We had to pay $24 a day for wifi and the shuttle service didn't run on a timely basis. We waited up to 45 minutes for a shuttle. The pool area is nice and you could tell it was updated and renovated along with the restaurant near the pool. The menus they handed us had faded and you could barely read the menu items. The service at the restaurant was good. My overall assessment of Atlantis and Harborside is that the entire property including the Marina could be renovated. You can tell it's over 20 years old and that the owners have not invested in the infrastructure.
