We had great service at the Kaleidoscope restaurant from Carlos & Zoila. They anticipated our every needs after a few services and were nice with the kids. Travelling with two babies is never easy and they made it better. Thanks for a great vacation!

Stayed in Coco for 2 weeks. Overall hotel is ok, but had 3 huge negatives. One, Sun Club is no longer adults only. In the pool, you have little kids in diapers, constantly screaming and crying right next to drunk people, also screaming, and a super loud music. It is disgusting. Unsunanitary. Two, You literally get harassed by constant string of vendors on the beach, no one keeps them away from getting into your face. Annoying. Three. Cleaning people do very spotty job, using chemicals, like Clorox and Ammonia, the smell stays for hours. Bottom line, if you want quiet relaxing vacation, go somewhere else, there are plenty hotels in DR.

Great times
Carlos and Zoila were the absolute best at kaleidoscope buffet . The made our morning everyday! Tierra was the best restaurant , cocoa cafe was a favorite. Nice beaches that weren’t crowded. Bartenders were polite. All in all we had a great week!

Good Vacation
Carlos gave wonderful service and made us feel like family! Zoila also made everything wonderful at the Kaleidascope Buffett! The beach was beautiful not over crowded . The restaurants were nice. Tierra was the best restaurant. The pools are beautiful and all the bartenders were nice and made drinks well.

My stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana was deeply disappointing. The resort suffers from significant safety and sanitation issues, including severe mold, a mishandled security incident, and a dismissive, disrespectful staff. The facilities are poorly maintained, and the food and service are substandard. The beach is also misrepresented in pictures, as we were unable to enter the ocean due to excessive algae on the shore and in the water. I cannot recommend this resort.
