Enjoyed my stay...The people are nice and accomodating. It was nice to have access to the other RIU resorts.

Staff were very friendly. Especially professor Ken,Ayesha, Alesha. Pools beach were great to. Only downside to our holiday were other inconsiderate guests who were loud while walking down corridors at night up until 2and 3am shouting to each other and banging doors.

NICE
Great food and staff. Vybz love it. The activities, entertainment and staff were engaging. My hubby and I had a great time even at the date night in the restaurant they made him felt special cause it was his birthday. Will be coming again soon. Was a nice weekend trip

Riu palace Jamaica has some great staff who make your holiday enjoyable. Best thing is being able to go to Riu Reggae and Riu Montego Bay. Riu palace jamaica is clean but rooms are dated. Scuffs on walls, shower door didn't close properly. The front door had to be pushed shut otherwise it just stays open when you enter. I know it's caribbean but only one thin sheet! There is a blanket in wardrobe but not sure how long that had been in the wardrobe for. Would suggest having at least two to three thin sheets. Well we had two first night then noticed this was removed and only one. With air-conditioning on was cold at night so used bathrobe. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and both parties ended up with hurting necks in morning. The service provided by all staff is the best feature of this hotel. Reception staff, cleaning staff, all restaurant staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Audley who ensured that our breakfast experience was one in a million!! I guess your stay will depend on what you are looking for. If you want a peaceful, tranquil stay by the pool or beach then this adult only hotel was quiet. Although I preferred the energy and buzz of Montego Bay( and food at jerk hut is amazing) be prepared to queue! Not impressed with the food at the steakhouse restaurant, nor Poolside bar as it tasted like it was from the day before. Buffet food was good but at times there were small flies in some cold food items!! Entertainment team were fantastic! Need to update entertainment programs though as I have been to rius for years and still they have the Michael Jackson and travelling steel pan players! But if you have never seen then you will enjoy. Gym OK although limited equipment with one bike, one cross trainer and two treadmills. There are weights but for the size of hotel gym should be bigger. Get there before 6am to use equipment without a wait. All in all had a good stay.

It was a time
Everything was wonderful. I had a great birthday vacation. The customer service was A1 hands down. I will definitely be back!
