The food and customer service far exceeded our expectations. And the option for airport transportation was super helpful. Highly reccomend a trip to the spa as well as the staff was wonderful and so kind. I will say we had some difficulty with getting our room service in a timely manner at night if we wanted to just stay in. But overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend it to everyone

Great beachfront resort close to everything
I’ve visited this resort a few times and as always it continues to exceed my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff is so friendly and accommodating just about everything I asked for I received without hesitation. There attention to detail and sense of urgency they have with each guest is greatly appreciated

Our experience was phenomenal
Loved the resort. Smelled amazing, very clean, friendly staff and lots of options for meals! Housekeeping staff was very thorough, the xhale membership was absolutely worth it. It's nice to be able to go and retreat to a quiet place with top-notch beverages being served. The rooftop infinity pool was unmatched

The experience left me breathless :)
We love our experience at the Breathless Cancun Soul. My friend and I was surprised on the level of service they provided. From check-in, to day to day activities, late night requests, spa/massage services, dinner setup and entertainment, its a complete package. I love that its an all adult venue, its quiet as there are no kids running down the hallway in wee hours of the night. Everything was automated, from setting up the room lights, tv, room requests and entertainment can be controlled in a tablet. The facilities and amenities looks brand new and well kept. The property smells nice.
