Birthday vacation
Beautiful resort. Customer service was amazing. Room service was great. More on the technology side. Bartenders were amazing. Very relax and chill. Not too much of a party vibe though. Entertainment could've been more upbeat, current hip hop genres and or Spanish genres.

Maybe my expectations were too high!
Paid for lagoon view but didn’t get so we were unable to dine on our balcony like we usually do. Asked what we we’re celebrating yet our Anniversary was never acknowledged. I don’t think we will stay here again. Too many other options to choose from. Food was good, food options good. Only 1 choice of wine (house cab) would’ve gladly paid for nicer glass (not a whole bottle). Beach is shared with a public beach. Overall I would give 5 out of 10.

Vacation
Rude service. Untrustworthy. I had an upgrade package that I couldn’t use and the hotel also refused to credit or return a portion of the upgrade. My passport went missing and miraculously was found 1hr and a half later. Amenities are extra.

Must stay!
This was our first all inclusive stay and I can say with certainty that we will never go back to anything less. Thank you everyone. We are BEYOND thankful for everyone who assisted un during our stay. More specifically, I want to thank Carlos Naranja and Carlos ("Charlie") in the French restaurant. Their customer service was unmatched, we felt cared for with their attentive service. I am so sorry I wasn't able to get the names of everyone who helped us but the guy who helped us carry our luggage back to our pick up taxi was very helpful and kind. I want to thank everyone who worked tirelessly to maintain and upkeep the hotel during Hurricane Helene, I'm sure they were short staffed but they ensured the guests were occupied with activities in the lobby. Everyone, from housekeeping, maintenance, bartenders, to kitchen staff, special thank you!

Really good hotel
I stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days, the food was incredibly delicious, there were many activities to do, the pools were also open and working normally. the staff was really friendly and no-one ever bothered you, they only ask if you need some drinks and the answer is YES!
