  Early flight

  Just got home for a dive trip to little corn..I got in late and my passport fell out in the cab when I got there..The hotel taxi raced me back to the airport like Steve McQueen. That taxi just got there and it was in the back seat..He got tipped well..Clean and comfortable and the food is pretty good too..There are some mosquitos so take some spray..For the price it was just fine for an overnight..The staff was nice and helpful too.

  Terrible experience from Expedia, to insurance company. False advertising.

  First of all it’s false advertising because it’s not fully refundable even if you add insurance. Which I did and I booked and canceled literally in 2mins due to emergency and they would not refund me. They are not ok for this at all. So no I don’t recommend this hotel worse experience ever. I will be connecting with my bank.

  Room was full of mosquitos and bed bugs

  The property itself is OK and the staff are pretty helpful, but the room is nowhere near as nice as the pictures make them out to be. The bathrooms are not clean and my room did not even have a towel in there. I ended up killing at least 20 mosquitoes and there was still a few that I couldn’t get and that took me a couple hours. I also noticed that there was a bedbug.and my absolute horror. I am still dealing with bedbugs at home. The staff and property are OK, but it is not a clean location and they do not clean the room thorough enough for me to recommend this place to anyone.

  Deceiving

  The pictures are a lot nicer than the actual hotel. The bathroom was not very clean. Only one towel for two people. It is in what seems a industrial neighborhood. Difficult to be understood by the staff as no one speaks English. But the people were trying. The breakfast was satisfactory

  Need manager information and attention - monkey scratch issue

  I am going to focus on one aspect of this hotel in an attempt to get the manager's attention - and write me back personally. My boyfriend and I stayed at your hotel on Friday, June 28th in Room 411. We arrived very late due to our plane and was not aware there was a monkey in a cage. The next morning, when my boyfriend went to breakfast, the monkey reached out of the cage and scratched him (given our room location the signs were seen after the room - and there was no reason to expect a monkey in the hotel). When we told the staff - after a bit of shock - they assured us the monkey was vaccinated. Unfortunately monkeys are dangerous. We need to see a doctor to ensure he is safe and in order to do this we need to know 1) the type of monkey (as different monkeys carry different diseases - some of which lack any vaccine), the vaccines the monkey received, and the last time the monkey had a health check. A vague "it is vaccinated" is not acceptable. I asked the receptionist for the manager's information which she was (understandably) reluctant to do. Finally I did receive the number for someone but it turned out to be incorrect. I am not writing this in an attempt to bash the hotel but to have someone in a position of authority provide more than ("the monkey is checked regularly - which I saw on Trip Advisor) and either provide me detailed information or the information for the vet so the vet can speak with his doctor. This is very concerning and has ruined our trip. I do not wish to publish my personal information on Trip Advisor nor do I imagine you wish to publish yours. Therefore I ask that the manager provide - through this forum - a person we can speak with at the hotel who is aware of this situation and can provide provide his / her personal information. I would appreciate a speedy response.
