Birthday holiday
What can I say this hotel is amazing There is so much choice food wise I challenge even the fussiest of eaters not to find a restaurant they like!! Shout out to all the team in Marlins especially Dexton and Kevin your customer service is impeccable. Our swim up room that we had was great, they even decorated it for my birthday Special mention goes to the fabulous billy leading the entertainment team your personality is infectious Thank you for a fantastic birthday and holiday

Horrible service
This resort is beautiful. That's where I will start. There are a few nice people but most of the staff is very rude and unfriendly. The management lie to your face. We had multiple issues at this resort, multiple. Too many to go through but I will say that we met with management, Kino, and he promised us our last two days would be memorable and put us on a group chat, we never heard from him until the night before we were leaving (48 hours after original meeting) after messaging multiple times to see what the status of my complaint was and how they were going to satisfy my disappointment and he said that he set up a meeting with the director the morning we were leaving and that meeting never happened. We met with a room manager (Jose) instead. I guess our issues weren't important enough for him. So long story short they made promises when we arrived costing us $800 additional to our reservation to have "privilege features" added to our stay. They were not what they said so when I brought it up in the original meeting with Kino, he said he would make the rest of our stay the best ever. LIE! So when Kino finally did respond and after he set the meeting up with the director he called me and offered half the money to be refunded to me. I declined because they failed to provide a service so they needed to refund all of it. So the day of departure I meet with Jose. Jose agreed with me that I had been misled and that he would refund all of it, $800. Well they said they were having an issue refunding our money while we were there but he would refund it immediately. Well, 36 hours later and no refund. I said to Jose that they needed to do more than the $800 because of the issues. The first day they ran out of jerk chicken and just walked away while there was a line of people waiting. Someone finally asked them how long and they said 20 minutes, 1 hour later they show up with more only to run out again 5 minutes later. Tat was at 130 in the afternoon. Then I get to my room and the air is out still. Keep in ind I called at 12. I calla gain at 515 and the member service girl tells me it was my fault because I left the doors open. I told her no way and that the air was still off. At 645 still no one, I called again, she tells me she give me a time, 745 I call back and she finally gets a maintenance guy to come. He then calls and tells them he can't fix it that the sensors were off. Finally at 820 it was running. Btw, don't ask for a drink at the pool bar, nasty bartenders. I can go on and on.
