    Last minute mini vacation

    I think this property is in a great location. The staff was friendly. The food was ok. The only thing I had an issue with is the mini bar . All it had was 2 sodas and 2 beer nothing else. When I called and asked to get some more stuff they said the person had left for the day and no one else could service it.

    Excellent all inclusive hotel

    The hotel is very complete with pools and quality food. There are 4 restaurants where one can find high good quality food. The funtastic animation team is very kind and energetic, gathering all guests into all kind of fun activities. A really good hotel for relaxing and enjoying the beach.

    All in all it was alright. We will go back to grand park royal instead.

    Enrique the bartender on tenth floor roof top is very friendly most of them are not very friendly. We are bartenders in Vegas and we expected better. But the cleaning service for our room are very nice. Food ain’t that great but the servers are good to us. It’s México u shouldn’t ran out of limes. lol.

    First time visiting this resort and the service was amazing I highly recommend it. The shows were fun and all activities thru the day kept us busy.
