Fabulous
Amazing stay with delish food and services! We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room from the standard by Angel at the reception. The entire stay was relaxing , entertaining and had access to all the other sister properties, the buffet option at sian kan was the best with quality food and a wide wide variety to choose from, I would totally recommend them for tour next vacay plans.

Wonderful
This was my first time travelling to Mexico. Travelling alone can sometimes make you feel a little vulnerable, but I felt super safe here. The staff are wonderful and can’t do enough to help you. To start with I was a little disappointed that this hotel did not have an indoor gym (you can travel to one of the sister hotels by shuttle which all have gyms) but Katia and the entertainment team did a fantastic job with their daily yoga classes and the outdoor functional training session was fantastic. Katia is a wonder instructor and the hotel are very lucky to have her. I was also super impressed with the spa, the treatments were great and very reasonably priced for a hotel! The hospitality and reception teams were all wonderful also, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay

Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an, we will be back
Everything was just perfect. The communication in advance of our trip. The staff, the room, the facilities and the service. Thanks to everyone working at Bahia Principe and especially staff of Sian Ka'an, you made our Mexican holiday a Mexican adventure.

Great stay!!
We were visiting from Scotland, UK and were fortunate enough to be upgraded to this hotel for free after booking the Grand Coba. The staff are so friendly! The waiters in the buffets and restaurants were always very attentive and the drivers in the carts would often take you where you needed to go, even if you weren’t going to their stop. The room was clean and the air conditioning was lovely and cool. The only thing that creeped us out were the bugs! There were a couple dozen mosquitos in our room, which we think came in from under the door - a tip for anyone would be to leave a towel under your door and spray with bug spray each day. The rooms open directly outside and it’s set in a beautiful jungle-like area, so it was expected. We phoned the front desk and someone came to kill the bugs, so we can’t complain with their service! Aside from the bugs we have no complaints about the room, everything in our room was comfortable, and it was a bonus having access to room service and a stocked fridge! Staying in the Si’an Kaan gives you access to all the resorts. We managed to visit them all, which was really cool. The food at the buffets and a la carts was great, and once again the staff were so attentive and kind. They work very hard for their money, and definitely are the reason why people have an enjoyable stay at the Bahía Príncipe! The amenities across the resorts are great. Going to the hacienda, playing tennis, visiting the beach, and the night entertainment mean you can never be bored. We definitely recommend the hacienda party ticket, it’s a small fee extra but well worth the money! We would definitely return!
