Planet Hollywood rocks
Great hotel. Went with my family and all the amenities were nice. I used the gym mostly and I was very pleased with all the things they had in the gym. I recommend the Brazilian restaurant. A great option to have some great Brazilian food. All around I recommend. Ben was the main guy at the gym, he helped me out for everything! Look out for him as well.

Best Vacations!!!
The trip overall was really well. We were welcomed with applause once we arrived. The hotel rooms were very clean and nice and cool. Every pool was very nice. The best part of this hotel is its customer service. Every worker is very helpful and informative. The food was tasty. Oriental night was my favorite night food wise. The lazy river is definitely a must visit sight. We are very thankful for the entertainment team especially JLo and Diana Ve.

Outstanding
First big out of country trip I’ve done with my mom and it’s the best trip we’ve taken. Every staff member we’ve came across was extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile. To name a few of my favorites from the adult scene pool area was Diego, Erik,Hector,Oscar, and Reuben. Diego is by far the best bar tender there is on the resort. If you want a good waitress around the pool area ask for Alejandra.

Good experience overall
Sorry for my lengthy review, we just got back from a 2 week stay as family of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8yo) This was our very first to Mexico. 🇲🇽 The hotel condition - Run donw rooms, wardrobes don’t even close propely, make horrible noise. Bad damp in the room - 29311. No water bottles and the fridge doesn’t even work. Very noisy from the stage and massive fan outside of the building. We asked to change the room and they were more than happy to move us to building 25, 25301, which was perfect location - no noise, easy access to splash pool and restaurants too. But a rundown room again. Some lights not working (didn’t bother us too much) and no shower (that was fixed same day). Still damp, but dehumidifier worked a mirracle. I was also told that higher floors have less damp, but not sure how true it is. 🤷♀️ Most of hotel areas do feel a little tired and worn off (considering it’s only 3 years old). We have also been provided with dehumidifier after requesting it 4 times. Anything else - like slippers, extra hangers, towels, etc came in no time at all 😊 Was very pleased with the speed of requests fulfilled from the app. Food: Buffet - very limited choice and que to sit down (not too long though) Breakfast - plenty of choice and good food. As someone mentioned before, I would agree to the fact that in many cases the buffet food is not kept hot enough. I’m not a fussy eater, but felt it was just a little too cold for me. We ate everything - friuts, veg, fish, meat - and none of all of us got sick. We used only bottled water for brushing our teeth though. We tried a la carte restaurants - Steak House and Sushi bar were our favourites. The staff is super nice and helpfull. I didn’t even feel a big sales push (the ones you normally get in Egypt ir Turkey). If you say no, they will respect that. FlowRider - AMAZING, they do competinions every Monday evening (17:00-18:00) Have to mention amazing and hard working team - Xavier, Juoquin and Edson! Who not only work all day long teaching surfing, but also very entertaining super heroes. Kids absolutely loved it. THANK YOU GUYS 💪 Lazy river - so cool, loved the cocktails in the hidden bar. Fast Drivers - great, but photos and video is like $45 each or you can take them all for $80. Lazy River - sooo cool. It’s super nice and fresh in the morning, but gets too warm in the afternoon. Love the bar in there - always a nice stop for refreshing drink 🍹 Sun loungers - disaster by the family pools. By 7am more than half of them already taken. Slightly different story with kids slpash park (they fill up slightly later). Beach - beautiful, with not too much seaweed. And plenty of sunloungers to choose from.. Evening enternainment - we missed it most of the times, because our kids were too tired to wait after dinner. But the ones we saw and participated in- were great. Some of the singers though were a bit amateurs and probably didn’t even understand the words they were singing 🫣 Kids splash park - so perfect, kept them busy all day long. There is also a giant slide by lazy river, which they enjoyed a lot too. There are also some table games you can borrow at the towel station by kids splash park. Kids club - great! We tried it when we had to go to spa for some treatment. And boys loved the activities too. The Spa - very friendly people working there and the atmosphere is perfectly relaxing. Was definitely worth to try. TIP - mosquito spray 🦟 is a must and so is sunscreen. Make sure it’s in your luggage as the prices in the hotel shops are ridiculous. $20 for a pack (8 pils) of ibuprofen, $35 for sunscreen and it all just keeps adding up. Or you can request it to be delivered from the outside shop for a $10 delivery charge. Tips do give you a lot of extra service and in some cases make you feel like VIP. I was getting all my drinks to the sunlounger and the lady just kept coming back to check if I may need anything. Overall experience was great, and I could say, we would return. The location is so great if you want to be tucked away from all the town buzz.
