We really liked the water push up challenge with Josué today. It was fun and interactive at the adults only pool. We ordered a cabana at the adult only pool and Victor was really good. In the evening, Luisa from entertainment was very nice and helpful.

Amazing service!
Amazing service by all staff and Luisa from the entertainment staff was fantastic!! Awesome service in all restaurants and bars as well as service around the pool. Star class was well worth it, lazy River was fun and perfect room service and Star class service.

Fun
Great hospitality / room service, the steak at Braza is great, the gym was clean and well run. Arleth at the front desk was friendly and helpful with any questions. The beach was clean and not overly crowded, which I have experienced elsewhere. Overall, it was a great vacation and I would definitely come back.

We had the most amazing time at Planet Hollywood Mexico! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. A very special thank you to Thonly—your energy, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our holiday extra special. You made every day feel like a VIP experience, and we’re so grateful for your kindness and professionalism. The resort itself was beautiful, the food and drinks were excellent, and the vibe was perfect for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to everyone we know

Special Anniversary at Adult Scene Star Class Swim out room!
Felipe Arceo, Adriana Cruz & Norma Herrera were incredibly helpful setting us up for our anniversary with amazing spa package, romantic dinner on the beach and made this anniversary super special! Thank you and the lovely crew here for making this anniversary so special! Evey staff member we have spoke to has been just wonderful, kind and helpful.
