Best service I’ve ever received on vacation!
My wife and I came to Planet Hollywood Adult Scene for our 7 year wedding anniversary and our stay couldn’t have gone any better! The resort is beautiful and there’s so much to do. We’re going to have to go back just to fully experience it all! We had a Director’s Suite with an ocean view, 2 mini bars, jacuzzi, living room, large bedroom, and spa-like bathroom. But the real highlight of the trip was our two Personal Agent’s, Jerry and Yomelly. They were above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. From reserving dinners, activities, getting us great seats by the pool, you name it, they took care of it! They even surprised us with an amazing anniversary gift for us where they decorated our room! Any time we go back, I’m definitely asking for them! And you better believe I’m going back!

I took an anniversary trip with my husband and it was the first time I’ve been to Cancun. We were part of the adult scene and star class at Planet Hollywood and had a wonderful time. We had two butlers, Edwar and Angel and they were very attentive. They created a What’s App group with us and checked in twice a day to see if we needed anything. The beach was beautiful and although we’d been warned about the abundance of seaweed, our beach wasn’t really affected as they were regularly cleaning it up. The adult pool was great and we were able to still get chairs at 8am but I wouldn’t leave it any later than that. Food was ok. Our best meal was at the Brazilian restaurant. Our butlers made all the reservations for us for our entire stay when we first arrived. The Italian restaurant food wasn’t great and the service there wasn’t great either. All our other meals were good and we really enjoyed breakfast at the buffet. Our room was clean and cool with the air conditioning running and the bed was very comfortable. We probably wouldn’t spend the money to upgrade to a swim up room if we went back as we only used that twice. No reason to leave the main pool until it was time to get ready for dinner! They threw a 4th July foam party in the adult pool which was a lot of fun and I felt they really went all out for that. There was also a reggae band at the pool one afternoon and they were very good too. The nighttime entertainment could be better. In summery, we were looking for a relaxing break with beautiful surroundings, where we could spend time together without the hum drum of daily life and this resort supplied that perfectly. We would go back again.

2nd time - even better!
This was my 2nd visit to Adult Scene and my friends and I just love it. The resort is clean and safe, the rooms are perfect (humid, yes, but we bring a portable dehumidifier), and the staff are so wonderful. The beach is barely touched by the seaweed taking over the Caribbean, and the pool is stunning. We also love the night club. A few things have been upgraded since our last visit, including the ability to make reservations for dinner on the app, and a DJ, rather than a playlist, at the club. We got a swim out room which was key in beating the heat in the evenings when the pool was closed. We look forward to visiting every other summer, unless we can swing going annually!
