General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.

Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
SPRING BREAK POLICY - Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.

Back at Iberostar Punta Cana. Yet again very satisfied. This resort had been renovated. Looks and feels like new. Fantastic location. Supreme food and services. Nothing but the best. Would come back again. Located only 20 minutes from Airport.

This is such a hard review to write . If I explain as best I can . The buildings , the rooms , the layout , the variety of places to eat are all really good easily a 4🌟 but it’s the people and the staff that make a holiday and create the atmosphere which for us was hugely variable . Not the usual sparkly iberostar service standards . The Best Bits : The cleanliness The rooms we were in a pool view room really clean The Chinese restaurant food spot on service variable bit did not affect us The Italian ( Hispaniola at night not on the app ) - did and service spot on Maria by the pool what an absolute credit to the hotel she is truly brilliant at her job and a joy to see each day Katherin in the Italian and her family again an absolute gem and one of the best we served us at the hotel . The pharmacy staff exceptional The areas to improve : The service !! The quality and standard of service is hugely variable sadly . You can vary from smiley exceptional people to those who either flatly ignore you , talk over you to serve someone else , constantly other phones and sadly some plain rude ( hospitality is not for them that’s for sure ) The noise by the pools - guests being their own soundbars so there’s rarely a quieter moment and they compete for whose music is the loudest . I think the management needs to ban this. The activities pool has music so if you want a change in tempo there are options but the constant loud music can be overbearing The twerking comp - no words for this ( in too old lol and it’s a family resort ) Air con is buffet areas and entertainment areas - these can be overwhelmingly hot and humid The pools can look a bit murky with sometimes a filmy like coating Aggressive upsell on check in we were being a sold a cheaper room but being asked to pay more ( I’ve since logged a complaint to request the refund for the overcharge ) we did not get the room we paid for . Would I return - I wouldn’t sadly

It is a great place and a wonderful experience
It was a great experience, very good food and fresh drinks, amazing coffee, never taste a better coffee, as well as chocolate! French a la carte Restaurant I recommend, clean rooms, nice pool area, kitchenes by the pool have very good food all day long and nice parties are organized all around the resort!

There are 5 iberostars at the same property, lined up along the beach. We took an Uber to get here but make sure you get in the car that you booed through Uber and make sure they don't give you an excuse that they can't take you for the Uber price and instead want to charge you $40. You get a bracelet when you arrive and if you have the waves bracelet you can't go to the other better resorts. There are 3 hotel buildings. One is not pictured in the main pictures of the hotel and is farther back. Make sure to ask for the one that is towards the right when checking in as there is construction on the left hand side of a new hotel right next door. The language is Spanish. Not much English spoken by staff. Sailboats you can only book for 1 hour and you have to make a reservation and anybody under 10 is not allowed to go on them. Lots of sales guys on the beach. But at least they're not in the resort.

Nice paradise
Excellent service and beautiful paradise. Nice experience with everyone Food is great great activities on the beach and inside the resort. Great service on the beach and everywhere else. I would definitely comeback on my next vacations. Kudos for the team of Iberostar
