Fabulous location right in Cruz Bay!
Bob and I always love staying at Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel. Comfy rooms, great coffee and breakfast in the morning, fabulous location, lovely porch area for hanging out. Homey and authentic. Smiling faces! Our favorite place to stay in town.

A Gem in the Middle of Everything
My wife and I found this to be a wonderful, small hotel in a prime location. The rooms are very clean with strong AC and powerful shower. Denise, the owner, and her staff of Victoria and Teri were friendly and very accommodating to my wife and I - could not be nicer. They offer a complimentary "continental" breakfast in the lobby that was a perfect way to start each day - nothing fancy, but who goes to St. John for the breakfast? Each morning we would sit on the nicely appointed, flowered veranda on our floor that overlooked the street and catch the gentle morning breezes, while sipping our coffee. They also provide beach chairs, towels and a good sun screen (which is mandatory). it is such an easy walk to everywhere, including the best restaurants in St. John and the ferry is a few minutes away and a comfortable walk. We loved this little "gem" and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great option for staying in Cruz Bay.
Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel is a fabulous in-town hotel when visiting St. John. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of outdoor lounge space to enjoy the warm weather. Restaurants, shops, bars and even a few beaches are a short walk from their front door. The owners, Denise and David, are an awesome resource for tips and recommendations for the whole island of St. John. The hotel provides beach chairs, coolers and ice for guest's day trips to the island's beautiful beaches. Breakfast is conveniently provided every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Hotel and will book again when we return to St. John.

Such a delightful hotel!
The Cruz Bay Boutique is delightful. It’s central to EVERYTHING! The property manager is soooo sweet. She provided me with a map and marked the places that I should visit. I carry this map with me faithfully. The employees are sweet as well. I really love it here. The rooms perfect. St. John is perfect.

Thoughtful hotel in a walkable location
Great location, you are about two blocks from the Cruz Bay Ferry terminal where you can walk to restaurants at Wharfside and Mongoose Junction, grab a taxi, hike the Lind Point trail. If you don't have a car, this is a great hotel because you can walk to many places or take the taxi. Only places a bit harder to get to is the opposite side of Cruz Bay where taxi don't really run to. The hotel offers light weight beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, after sun care, and even goggle defogger. Very thoughtful and convenient especially if you do a carry on when you travel. Sunscreen is about $30 on the Island so it's great that you have access to it in the hotel. Sometimes they run out if too many people take the whole can with them vs applying and leaving it in the basket. They have a water cooler so you can refill your water bottle. Each room has a mini fridge so you can store some drinks or snacks. There is a balcony lounge that you can relax with drinks at the end of the night or to get together with friends. Rooms were very clean and they offer daily housekeeping. Breakfast includes organic bananas, coffee, tea, coconut powder creamer, yogurt and some packaged muffins. All pros, the only con I can think of was the shower in our room was a bit tight. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. You can ask for recommendations of where to eat, where to go, how to take the taxi. Hospitality true to the definition. All these factors made our St John's vacation truly wonderful!
