The stay at Viceroy resort for me and my wife was absolutely amazing!! From the clean and neat suite, the delicious food at all the different restaurants, and the amazing staff(most importantly Jennifer). I look forward to returning soon

We took a family trip to Cabo with our adult kids and this time stayed at the Viceroy Resort. Prior to our trip we were contacted by our designated concierge Victor and Jacob, who made us all our dinner bookings for both inside and outside of the resort. We were impressed by the concierge team and how responsive, courteous and welcoming they were to our every reservation, cancelation and rebooking demands. Our accommodation was a two bedroom suite in building 7 on the 3rd floor . The suite had an open plan kitchen, a living room, 3 bathrooms and a spacious balcony with dining capacity and sprawling ocean views. We all enjoyed the location of the viceroy as our boys like to explore beyond the Resorts we stay in and the Viceroy is close proximity to everything they were seeking. The main restaurant at the Hotel where breakfast and lunch are served can use some improvement and each of my family members are of the same mind about the taste of the food which is a little bland. Other than that, the Viceroy was a great solid choice for us.

Location, location, location!
Viceroy turned out to be a lovely resort but its location for us was perhaps its most attractive element. It was so well positioned , just minutes away from most of the dining options we wished to explore. Close to Los Tamarindos cooking classes, Acre, Flora Farms, Sage, lupita, Lumbre etc… we got a suite with 2 bedrooms with a beautiful kitchen and sitting room and balcony and unobstructed views of the water features and the ocean. The suite was just sublime! The breakfast could be vastly improved in quality and taste. Also the breakfast area is oddly positioned between a staircase and lots of columns. It looks like a makeshift space rather than a well thought out space. The “nests” within the property add a beautiful design element and overall, the Viceroy is a good choice. Our designated concierges Jacob and company were on it! I feel bad for them since we asked them to make a few changes to our bookings which they so kindly did! They were spot on and very welcoming throughout our stay!

Fabulous stay at the Viceroy!
The view is the money shot as you step foot in the hotel! Everything was lovely start to finish. The staff were very friendly, our allocated butlers Israel & Victoria checked daily if we needed anything. Food at the restaurants was delicious, the room & the pool areas were immaculate. Would definitely go back!

A Wonderful Rest and Amazing Food and Service
The Viceroy was wonderful, especially after our week’s sail through the Sea of Cortez. A highlight of our stay was dinner at NIDO. The modern Japanese cuisine was delicious and the service team was fantastic.
