We love Martin, Fernando, Alex & David at Cielomar!!!! everyone was amazing. I have celiac and they took great care of me. 100/10 experience, ambiance, and service! Martin and my husband laughed all night long. he bought an amazing energy to the evening. Fernando made sure we were so well taken care of!!

Perfect Cabo Getaway
We had a fantastic stay at the Viceroy in Cabo—exactly the relaxing retreat we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet escape where you can soak up the sun, sip great drinks, and unwind in a beautifully designed setting (complete with a pimp daddy gym), this is the spot - your body will thank you. Huge shoutout to our amazing butlers Alexis and Edin, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The service was outstanding—attentive without ever being intrusive. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, and every part of the property feels thoughtfully curated. Perfect place to recharge. We’ll definitely be back.

Unforgettable escape with incredible service
Viceroy in Cabo absolutely blew us away -luxurious, serene, and stunningly designed. The room was spacious and calming. Although it’s a medium sized resort, it felt incredibly intimate and not overwhelming like some all inclusive in Mexico. A very special thanks to Alexis and Edin, our incredible butlers, for making our trip unforgettable and making sure we were well taken care of. The tequila tasting was also fantastic - would highly recommend. We will be back!

A Perfect Trip!!!
Everything was amazing! All of the staff, servers, housekeeping, etc. were all so friendly and polite. Our hosts Fernando and Roberto were so generous and very attentive to everything we needed. They even set up a little birthday celebration in our room for my mom and I’s birthdays! My massage therapist, Helena, was amazing and I hope to request her again soon! All of the restaurants have different cuisine and all of it is delicious and the servers and hostesses are all so welcoming. We can’t wait to come back soon! Thank You Viceroy!

Best service I’ve ever experienced
Best service I’ve had ANYWHERE EVER. Víctor, Ismael, Jacob, Anna, and Ignacio were incredible. The butler service from Victor and Jacob was above and beyond. They decorated our entire room for my mom’s birthday. Dinner and poolside service from Ismael and Nacho was unmatched. Ismael is incredibly charismatic and friendly and we went back just to see him. Anna gave an amazing massage. Id come back in a heartbeat.
