Brilliant holiday. Highly recommend.
This was our first time in Mexico and were a bit apprehensive as to what to expect. Neither my partner nor I speak any Spanish so we thought we may struggle. We need not have worried. We had a transfer from the airport to the hotel with Tui which made it much easier as it is quite far out. The hotel is lovely. On the smaller side than the other surrounding hotel so it didn't feel opposing or daunting. The staff at this hotel are amazing. I could not have asked for better. All staff are a credit to the hotel. Polite, friendly, attentive and all front of house staff spoke English well. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Always someone fixing something or cleaning. 2 large pools with plenty of seating areas and wonderful ladies going around the pool for drinks. Lots of activities at one of the pools and the other is a little quieter. We didnt get the privileged package but we didnt feel like we missed out on anything. I dont think this package is essential for an amazing holiday. Food was great with good options at the buffet. Slightly repetitive and I would have liked some more Mexican food at the buffet as I would have liked to try more of their food. I am vegan so usually find it harder to find food to suit me. There is a vegetarian section in the evenings only so as a vegan you do kind of have to decide if you will eat what's on offer not knowing the ingredients but there is always a nice section of salad and fruit. There is a vegan restaurant though so this is nice. There are vegan options on a lot of the restaurant menus so it would have been nice if these could be available in all places. There was a lovely vegan pizza in the afternoon Italian but this wasn't available at the Italian restaurant in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and I would not only love to return to Mexico but also love to return to the hotel.

Bloved restaurant
Bloved our Fave! Everything we’ve tried at beloved was delicious. The service is excellent. The staff at this restaurant and all the staff at this resort work so hard to make you happy. Including at Bloved these were the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting. Jennifer, Zulma, Janet, Luis, Alejandro and Damian, what a team! My favourite here for breakfast is the French Toast with maple syrup. Lunch is the ceviche, but it’s all great!

Amazing staff.
Really friendly staff! We have been here just over a week and still have a some time left of our vacation. We have had amazing service from one bar man in particular. Rafael is a real credit to the hotel, so friendly, chatty and helpful. He always made sure we had a drink in our hands and remembered us and our drinks order every day despite how busy the bar was. Thanks for the great service Rafael 🙂

Wonderful oasis.
Hotel is fabulous, however, it is very isolated. It costs $50 into Cancun, unless you can negotiate a deal with your travel agent. The hotel needs to look at this . Possibly an hotel shuttle, wi5h a cost. Food is wonderful. The staff are extremely attentive. Th3 cocktail bar is great . Rogelio not only mixes amazing cocktails, but does it whist throwing bottles all over the place . Particularly loved the beach. It is cleaned every morning. Love the iguanas. Much better than the pidgins we get at home. We paid for Privilege and we felt i5 was worth it. We have had a great holiday.
