    Not 5 stars and safety concerns!!!

    Our family booked this resort expecting a relaxing, high-quality experience, but it fell far short of expectations. We were placed in three separate rooms across different buildings, making it impossible to enjoy our vacation together. Our room had unresolved plumbing issues — the toilet ran constantly, the sink leaked, and there was little to no hot water for most of our stay. More disturbingly, my daughter was inappropriately approached by a pool bartender named Brandon. When we reported this to management, the only response we received was a brief apology — no follow-up, no accountability, and no indication of corrective action. In addition, the pool towel attendant was consistently rude and condescending. The reservation system for restaurants felt like a scam — we were only able to get bookings after agreeing to purchase expensive bottles of wine. While we did encounter a few kind servers and helpful pool staff, the overall experience was unacceptable. The food was mediocre, the entertainment lackluster, and the service — especially from management — was disappointing. This property is in dire need of staff training, better supervision, and a serious reevaluation of guest service standards. Unfortunately, I would not recommend

    Great resort, great vibe!

    Great stay! Food was amazing, so many options. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Only downside is no shade on beach and lots of weeds this time of year.

    Amazing stay

    The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Hugo and Martin was our bartender who was very friendly. Lorenzo was a great teppanyaki chef for our dinner at Ayami. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    The services was amazing!! I would highly recommend that you come to Ayma and if you do go to the chief Lorenzo he’s funny and makes sure everyone is enjoying the experience.
